What are we eating today?

Don't be too hard on yourself hun. Like you said, you've only had one and the last one was months ago. No doubt if it knocks ya out of ketosis, you should be quickly back into it :)
 
A biscuit, that's what I'm eating! I know it's bad but it was calling to me :( I stopped at one and seriously can't remember when I last had one. Probably in May!

B - Chicken breast, cheese and salad
L - Steamed veg with cheese sauce
D - Chicken breast, cheese and salad - slightly enjoying it at the moment! hehe.
Snacks - mini marnite cheese, clementine, mattesons with mustard

 
Good evening.
breakfast for me was sf jelly
lunch- chicken and bacon salad with mayo
Dinner was more chicken with tin toms and mattesons
Not very impressed had my first weigh in today and ony lost 2lbs :(
 
Thx hun - think it might be a duvet day for me :)

Got really bad restless leg all night last night, so not much sleep - and I love my 8 hours! Whinge over :)

Hope you feel better tomorrow - I get the restless leg thing, and I take potassium if it gets too bad, only thing that works for me.
 
Just ducking in to post my food before I forget - busy day, will catch up properly tomorrow!

B - fried egg
L - my own gorgeous chicken liver pate with lettuce
D - two chicken thighs
S - Atkins bar (I know, I know) tin of sardines, 1 x chicken and 1 x corned beef slices, couple of sugar-free sweeties
W - 2L Sprite zero and fifty kazillion black coffees
E - 5 mile run (just in from the club) it was fab :D
A - 0

Didn't get nearly enough veg today but I left for work at 7.30 and only got back at 9 - ran out of time! And Jim's not here anyway so I can do what I like. :p Will bump it up tomorrow.

Off to shower and bed. Night night all! x
 
I buy a supplement from Holland and Barrett and the dose is one a day


Do you take it every day or just when the symptoms get worse? I get restless legs though they tend to come in bouts i would have them for a couple of weeks especially at nights then they would disappear for months then reap-ear out of blue.

L - roast chicken salad and curry mayo (it was a massive chicken)
D - chicken paprikash and greens

s - nothing
Ex- dog walk later
w - 1x glass water with washing up iquid in (i was half asleep put it in glass instead of washing up bowl) (didnt drink it really) 2-3 litres plus black coffee
 
hehe on the stray dog hair Vicky. I have most of my meals with cat hair.

B- bacon, eggs
L- greek salad
D- chicken w/some kind of sauce

ps- friend brought over 4 beautiful cupcakes for me yesterday. Gave 2 to hubby, son will have one. I have weighed them out 68 grams is the lightest one. After I weigh myself and if its a good result, I may have half but will try and resist. Sorry in advance Jim.
