Do you take it every day or just when the symptoms get worse? I get restless legs though they tend to come in bouts i would have them for a couple of weeks especially at nights then they would disappear for months then reap-ear out of blue.

Only take them when I can't stand it any longer - usually around "that" time of month.

Wed 13/10 - Maint
B - usual ff greek yog/flaxmeal/flaxseed/splenda
S - 1/4 pork pie with crust mostly removed (and given to dog)
L - 2 slices roast beef, green salad and lc coleslaw
S - oopsie with cheese and brown sauce
D - rest of last nights chicken curry and cauli rice

E - half an hour with dogbert
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - nope

Well done I normally smell my hubbys and have a wee lick of the buttercream icing but that' normally enough!

B - 3 slices ham with cream cheese, mini marmite cheese
L - 2 lg mushrooms, grilled with jalepeno cheddar cheese
D - bacon and mushroom omelette with salad
Snacks - clementine, mattesons, pork scratchings - YUM!:p
 
I'd bin the cupcake CL, it's not the cake that's the problem, it's the cravings it might trigger, and the carbs could be enough to knock you out of ketosis. I second Vicky - don't do it!

D - two chicken drumsticks, small amounts cabbage/cauli/brocc/sprouts
S - slices of corned beef, last of the cocount zero carb choc bars, mim for supper - prob with some pate - maybe some cheese later (that's lots)
W - plenty
E - 0

D. Leftover pork from tea last night
