What are we eating today?

morning :D

B - scrambled egg with cheese and cayenne
L - corned beef salad with mayo
D - left over chicken paprikash (yum) with greens and sour cream

S - 2 x babybel if needed
W - 2-4 litres plus black coffee
ex - 75 leg masters, shake weight, nothing later getting new nails and new hair ;)
 
Morning everyone. How is the shake weight Vicky? Ive' been tempted.

B- ? not really hungry and up late
L- taco salad minus the tortillia chips
D- chicken and coleslaw

Afternoon all
Thurs 14/10 - Maint

B - flaxmeal porridge followed by usual ff yog etc
S - tuna mayo and cucumber
L - oopsies with cheese on, lettuce and lc coleslaw
D - cheese and mushroom omelette

E - 1 hour and 20 mins combined walking and jogging
W - probably only about 3 litres today as not at work after 3 today plus coffees of course
A - put a capful of whisky in my coffee tonight

Now am on maintenance I find a need to weigh every day just to make sure I am not having anything that affects me quickly or to any extent, this week has been weird

It really works honestly! after 1 week a started to notice. i dont do the dvd every time just remember the moves. must keep it away from you face though as my friend nearly smashed her teeth out!
 
Running really works on the arms too! Less comedy fun with that though. :D

I've been a bad poster this week - madly busy. Once again posting and running. Oooh, must post weigh-in (early) on October thread also. ;)

B - fried egg
L - two roast chicken thighs, portion of my usual mix of veg
D - sirloin steak, mushrooms, lettuce with caesar dressing -almost finished my cardinis and gonna try the zero carb stuff I bought - bet it's yuk! :rolleyes:
S - 12 brazils, some cheese, mim for supper
W - bad today, will try harder this evening
E - 0
A - dunno yet, depends when OH gets in. Off work tomorrow. :)
 
Can't wait to shake weight. Tesco has it. My neighbor (elderly man) has a habit of coming up to the living room window instead of knocking on the door. Will make sure my curtains are defo closed.

I used to love running but (and here's a list of excuses)
1) hard to find the time with the kids and it's dark here by about 6pm now and don't like running in the dark on my own etc
2) my ahem chest is still rather large and I get a bit self conscious
well they're the main 2!
