What are we eating today?

thanks Jim. Aldi tonight for some of those and some mini brie with chilli in, then to tesco to get the rest :)

i know my cheese babe - its my favourite cheese in the whole wide world! (i used to eat a whole wedge in one sitting - no wonder i need to bloody diet!)

Absolutely love this - what a true Atkins breakfast that was!

B - fried egg
L - 15 brazils (on a work course and nothing suitable for lunch) filled me right up till teatime though
D - roasted chicken drumsticks x 1.5, cabbage with butter and black pepper, broc/cauli with cheddar melted over, couple of sprouts
S - slice corned beef, three S/F sweets, slice turkey, might do mim for supper
W - loads of coffee
E - 0
A - oooooooooh yeah! :D Have first V 'n' T in hand as I type - off to watch a DVD and slob out - start of a big break from work for me :D:D:D

ETA - I absolutely love cambozola too - it has everything you need in a cheese! *Drool*

It looks a strange breakfast in print, but yummm.

Yup on the dark side. I made "the pie" for the second time yesterday I could have easily eaten the whole thing. Love it smothered in sour cream.
 
Good morning all. I weighed this morning and I'm down 4lbs of the 10lb holiday gain. :D

B: 2 Lamb leg steaks and left over cabbage 'n' leek.
L: Something legal from the Cafe today, maybe a fry up.
D: It's Friday, so guess.

I can't get over how good I feel this morning, ketosis is good for me.

B - usual ff greek yog and flax
S - flax porridge and cream
L - cheeseburger pie and iceberg lettuce
D - bacon and eggs planned

E - did not do any last night and going out to a clothes/jewel/bag party tonight so probably won't get much tonight.
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - if I can stomach it, just not agreeing with me much at the mo but there will be loads of booze at the party so rude to say no!
 
You might get the taste for alcohol back at your party Bren. I'd be worried if that was me (ie checking my pulse)! Party sounds like great fun. :)

Jim you're so disciplined, that's a fab loss for a few days. And I've been in ketosis since the start of August now, nearly three whole months, and I feel better than I have in years. :D

CL I hear you on the pie. Buying mince tonight for a rematch this weekend! Gotta love that pie. :p

B - fried egg
L - 2 slices corned beef, slice Jarlsberg, 7 brazils
D - stilton and loads of lettuce - using no carb caesar dressing now and it's actually quite nice (with a squirt of hot chilli sauce of course)
S - loads of celery sticks and sour cream dip, mim later, maybe some more slices of corned beef
W - probably not enough, will get more now
E - 8.2m - gorgeous crisp morning, felt good to be out there :):):)
A - do bears doodoo in the woods? Bring it on... ;)

E - House cleaning mission... in a bit. lol

Had an off diet night last night... chips n cheese and chicken wrap and a bit of choc. Back on it today though! Ketosis here I come!

B = 3 slices of bacon and 3 sausage
L = Steak, salad, fried mushrooms and some mozarella
D = Probably just some mattesons sausage

Water - a good amount, but I like to drink water/diluted lemon cordial anyway
Exercise - 45 mins on dumbbells that nearly destroyed me and an hour walk alongside the river as I couldn't finish my sets :(

D - huge chicken caesar salad (no croutons) in the pub at 6pm - loads of bacon and parmesan, and I had a sachet of low carb salad dressing with me ;)
S - half a mim with pate soon, couple of slices of tongue (love it or hate it?) ;)
W - loads
E - 0
A - six vodkas in the bar with my friends this afternoon. Yes I am plastered. :beer8:
 
Evening All - I bought a black knitted dress, black knitted cardi and a t-shirt type layered top plus a necklace and a bracelet (bracelet should be a present if recipient likes it). Had a few dry white wines and enjoyed them too.

Sat - 23/10 - Maint

B - usual ff greek yog etc
L/D - bacon and bratwurst left over from yesterday
S - mim with brie and cream cheese and a couple of slices of apple for a change, nice bit of crunch. 1 Turkish Thorntons bar.

W - working on it, probably not be enough, plus a few coffees
E - 35 mins with dogbert
A - half a bottle of red, didn't enjoy it as much as the white last night
