Lol Coffee, once you start drinking it it just becomes habit.
 
i think if i wasnt able to go the loo fifty times a day i wouldnt be able to!

D - roast lamb with cauliflower and leeks with cheesy sauce
S - a bit of cheese, and a pack of mr porky's
A - no
W - some
E - been out in the garden all day
 
Change of plan. On top of what I've already eaten, I just made the pie. Dear god, what have I done? :bolt:

Hope your weekend isn't too bad. Bet you'll enjoy cooking in it though. How are you finding the shakes again?

W- How the heck do some of you get through so much water?

Shake/soup/bar today, half a bar to go, gonna make a black coffee to go with it, hate going to bed hungry so I make sure I leave it till after 9. Been ok really but missed my yog, flax, food in general - but it is only for a week and it just simplifies things while the house is a tip. Water is soooooooo easy while I am at work, glass on desk, just keep drinking - but at home it is much harder, no coffee table cos the dog would knock everything off with his tail so nowhere to keep one while on computer and holding the glass makes your hand freezing!
 
Morning all, I'm 2lbs up on posted weight so nearly there now.

B: left over Lamb Curry and caulirice. How come the curry always tastes better the next day. :)
L: Something legal from the Carby Cafe.
D: Pork loin chops in onion gravy and steamed green leaf veggies.

Have been letting all sorts of bad things slip in so I need to get back to strict induction!

B - protein shake and vitamins, cup of tea

D - sausages and cauli mash

E - going for a walk if it doesn't rain :(

Same here Lady F. I had lots of crisps last weekend and a bit of rice at a birthday party dinner. Would be ok if I was at my goal weight.

B- scrambled egg, spinach, mushrooms & cheese
L- salad w/ turkey, veg
D- pork mince pasta sauce with courgette 'lasagne' & cheese
W- aiming for 2 litres

I'm full and feel I must have cheated somewhere but this is honestly all I've had :)
 
I wish I could drop like you do Jim, you make it look so easy!
Not even going to mention food this week as am not having any lol
But I have got to say it is so much easier than attempting Atkins with just a microwave..............once the kitchen is back up and running I will be back at it with a vengeance - might not want to leave it once I have got it (even though I didn't want it lol)

B: 2 x fried pork loin steaks, 2 x fried eggs and fried mushrooms.
L: I'm meeting Colleen today, something legal from a Cafe.
D: I've got mince out, so hopefully cheeseburger pie. :)

I think it's because I'm really strict Bren, that and I'm probably not at the minimum weight I could be.
