What are we eating today?

yesterday:
B - bacon, eggs, sausage
L - no, late brekky!
D - cheeseburger pie, red pepper, courgette and curly kale stirfry, with a bit of cream and cheese mixed in.
S - mr porky scratchings, handful of peanuts
W - not enough (again) but lots of coffees
A - a can of guiness, i know its not allowed, but i really really need to get in that bathroom, tried everything else!
E - we built a new chicken run yesterday
 
Afternoon all - cracking day here!

B - slept in, 2 cups extra strong Tetleys with soya
L - leftover Mattesons, Debbie and Andrew sausages and mushrooms
D - chicken and greens
S - maybe an Atkins bar
W - 2 litres
E - will try and get out for a walk, maybe up to Greenwich

thanks for the tip but should be OK - salad was rocket, radishes and celery. All OK on induction I believe!

Sun 24.10.10 - Maint
B - oatbran porridge
L - a few thorntons diabetic chocs while I was emptying the kitchen
D - mixed grill at Wetherspoons (yes I ate the chips)

E - 4 miles walk with dogbert (and a couple of miles emptying the kitchen prior to that)
W - nothing like enough
A - glass of wine and some irish whiskey

my last menu for a week as going back on exante while i have no kitchen as I cannot be stressing about food and making it under the circumstances. will be back :D
 
Hope the kitchen is totally beautiful and worth it when it's finished Bren. :)

B - two fried eggs
L - slice corned beef, slice Jarlsberg (wasn't hungry)
D - roast lamb, slice of homemade pate, usual green veg
S - making celery sticks now with sour cream dip, and will have mim later
W - diet sprite and coffees - loads though
E - 6 mile run :D
A - sadly yes, off work tomorrow so will have probably two v n t, just because I can! ;)

I've bought greek yog and think I'm going to try it for brekkie tomorrow with Bren's stuff in. Although I love my eggs. I seem to have loads of carbs spare recently, apart from when the bars appear. :rolleyes:
 
Ok ladies - read me now - I really really did not want a new kitchen. I have been bullied into it by the missus, and all she does is wash up.................it is an annexe, very small, very damp and whatever money you throw at it will make no difference. If I wanted a new kitchen I would have designed one, however I have put the divorce on the back burner for a while, watch this space.
 
PMSL! Good luck getting through the trauma of the new kitchen then petal. For the sake of a quiet life. ;)

And good on you for sorting the inevitable dietary stress by going back to what you know and taking one pressure off for the week at least!
 
Morning all, still on induction here but I can feel those extra pounds coming off. :)

B: Left over Chicken paprikash from Saturday.
L: Something legal from the Cafe.
D: I got diced lamb out this morning so probably curry.

D - cheese spinach omelette with cabbage on the side
s - nowt
w - 3-4 litres plus coffees

ex - done 80 leg masters this morning and shakeweight. If not too cold or wet later then 20 minute dog walk. Step for 20 mins, going for 50 sit ups lol. maybe some more shakeweight. (back in the zone!)

I like a quiet life lol, thats why I always end up giving in! Just had my first shake - it makes life so much easier when you don't have to worry about eating legally lol

D - lamb steak, cabbage/broccoli/cauli/sprouts with grated cheddar melted in
S - thorntons vanilla bar, celery sticks, probably a mim later
W - good today

A - 0 (just to show I can take it or leave it, even when I AM off work!) :p
