What are we eating today?

Afternoon all

B - shake, vitamins, cuppa tea
S - slices of ham (went shopping at Aldi - 99p for pack of ham, 0.2 carbs per 100g)
L - omelette and sausages
D - pork chops and green stuff
E - 2 miles!!
W - 2 litres
A - couple of G&Ts

I've turned over a new leaf, thanks to your encouragement! :)

Meeting old work friends at the local pub tonight, and they have forewarned they are coming with good gossip - so will try not to go mad on the alcohol front - but hey, it's one way of keeping warm :D

B - fried egg
L - the pie, the pie, and nothing but the pie :D
D - scallops fried in butter, black pepper and salt, then finished with a dollop of greek yog, a slop of white wine, and big squirt of chilli sauce and then reduced. They cost me almost 10g of carbs, but they were so worth it! Had 2 brussels sprouts with them
S - slices of corned beef and cheese, leftover drumstick - will have MiM later and prolly some stilton
W - loads
E - 5m run
A - wil have a V&T watching the Apprentice this evening, maybe two.

Edited because I got on the treadmill and ran this evening, despite not having planned to. It was one of those accidental runs. :D

Thanks girls. WW that dinner does sound yummy. well im off home now to have asparagus for dinner with salmon (aparagus is great for water retention apparently) and drink plenty of water.

Good Morning all. I'm just one pound short of posted weight this morning.

B: Left over meat loaf, I never got round to making the cheeseburger pie.
L: Something legal from the Cafe today.
D: Pan fried white fish and steamed green leaf veggies.

I don't eat much cream cheese Bren and I don't make MIM's or anything like that, I eat mainly meat and green leaf veggies, even when I'm back in maint, and of course I never eat any FRANKENFOODS.

Jim you dont seem to ever eat much cheese!

B - scrambled egg and crispy bacon
L - german meat selection and salad and mayo
D - deep dish pizza with pepperoni, cheese, tiny bit of gia tomato puree, spinach and ham. (might be revolting never made it before)

W - 3-4 litres plus black coffee
Ex - 80 leg masters and shake weight done this morning, 15m roll stepper and sit ups later.
A - might have a cheeky vodka and cola later on.

I think when i stall its cos ive had too much! which is a b*gger cos its my fav.

Thanks Jim, it is interesting to see what works for other folks and what doesn't - one of my problems is that I love cheese and cream and mims - darn it!
