D - roast lamb (I love lamb - just wish it wasn't so £££) and cauli

i love lamb too. you are being a good girl not drinking. but you deffo cant tonight - make up for it on friday :D

Thurs 18/11 - Maint
B - flaxmeal porridge and cream
S - 2 slices corned beef and HP
L - Roast beef and cheese with green salad
S - tuna mayo with cucumber
D - not a clue, totally unprepared and some work being done in kitchen this afternoon/evening so not even sure I can get in there - might be chippy again lol - had my tuna mayo about 5:30 - going to Sainsbo's shortly so might pick up something tasty while I am there

W - usual 4 plus coffees
E - who knows
A - more than likely - Irish medicine

Missus is aching today from all the retching - lovely............. Yes I got some sleep but still feel absolutely knackered, takes a few days to catch up again. Thanks xx

B - fried egg and an M&S sossie
L - hmmmmm - sort of bolognese stuff. Fried mince and mushies, with a sprinkle of onions, then added the Walden Farm zero carb marinara. Not nice at all on first tasting. I then added a load of herbs, garlic, cream, salt, and chilis, and lo and behold, it was nice.
D - Roast chicken thigh and loads of green veg with melted cheese
S - slice of corned beef and, er, some cheese - I refuse to be drawn on actual amounts...
W - plenny
E - 0
A - oh dear god yes :eek:

Fri 19/11 - maint

S - slice of gala pie with egg (dog ate crust last night lol)
L - ham and mozarella omelette with watercress
S - boursin and cucumber slices
D - got some chicken out - it may have to be curry being Friday - and yummy it was
S - some 85% chocolate - those little bars from co-op are great - you can eat the whole thing without going mad on the carbs :D although I only ate 3/4 lol

W - usual 4 plus coffees
E - who knows - nope (hanging head in shame)
A - half a bottle of dry white wine so far - Irish to follow

Damn, it's temptation time, Shazila has just bought in a box load of her mum's samosas. I'm going to have to go and hide, the smell of them is driving me mad.
 
Thx Bren (and all others) - just in the door. It went well, I think - I always find it hard to judge how I've done - but struck up a rapport with the head of comms, and she introduced me to the team - which is a good sign. She's seeing 3 others so I'll know next week. Cross fingers (again - thanks Marty)!

OMG I love samosas....am actually having a really bad pastry craving today, I daren't go out of the house again :)

L - leftover mince with the minging sauce from yesterday - yuck, never again :(
D - huge sirloin steak, mushrooms, lettuce and mayo
S - might have MiM later, pretty stuffed after steak though
W - not enough
E - 8.2 mile run :D
