Brilliant weekend away with my friends. One of them is low-carbing with me, so that made it easier to stick to the plan. Went slightly wonky Friday night in the Thai place, as even the most Atkins-friendly things came coated in batter, but after that did pretty well!

D - loads of green veg with cheese sauce (heat cream, add paprika, mustard, pepper, salt, loads of grated cheese. Totally yum, if a little grainy. Might start with philly as base next time) plus two drumsticks
