right peeps, i need your help. not losing, frustrating me! so i need your opinions on what i am eating. yesterday i had:
B - 2 tblsp ff greek yog with flax.
L - tuna mayo with small green salad
D - cabbage with corned beef sandwiched with cream cheese.
S - 2 sausages(ok carb ones) 1 babybel, wee bag scratchings, small dish sf jelly with 2tsp dble cream
A - nil
W - about 2 litres
i'm using soya milk in drinks. yesterday was heavy snack wise, i often don't have any. checked monday morning and keto stick was purple, i have the stomache cramps, the bad taste and the headache.
what am i doing wrong?
