200m sprint across a muddy field to escape some angry sheep
PMSL! Angry sheep? they always run away from me.

D - nice rare steak with blue cheese and fried mushrooms
W - only 2 glasses so far but have had 3 cups of tea and a medium sprite zero
E - does walking to the salon later to get my nails done count? ha ha

L: Chinese chicken mayo salad box (prolly some carbs in that).
S: Peperami + a choc (naughty)
D: Piece of stilton, piece of cheddar + some pate

E: Walk to work, walk round town, walk home

Dinner is lamb chops and broccoli and cauli,poss a cheese sauce

Water 2 litres minimum
And there's wine in the fridge for later lol
E I have no car so walking loads to get to bus stop, train station, work:(
