Sorry for late reply Jim, my recipe is:-

For the sauce
  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 150ml/¼pint water
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • a sprinkle of splenda
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 425ml/15fl oz good-quality mayonnaise or homemade is fab
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
Should keep in fridge for 3 days but me being me ive usually eaten it! :eek: Enjoy x
 
Evening all. Better day today - I always have a sort of halfway day when I've fallen off the wagon and this was it.

B - two eggs
L - chicken breast, lettuce, mayo
S - tin of sardines, cheese, corned beef, little S/F bar
D - two M&S quarter pounders and cabbage with butter
S - mim with pate and boursin
W - lots
E - 3.5 mile run with club - wet and windy so couldn't be bothered doing a longer run
A - 0

I think I'm back! :D

D - aubergine, courgette, broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms all roasted with oven roast cod :) nom nom
S - dont really want to
A - nope (but really want to)
w - yes need to drink more
Ex - am Jillian/PM 20 mins step and going for 80 leg masters maybe a bit of the old shakeweight

b- atkins bday break (i know i said no bars this week but isobelle is still poorly so grabbed something quick)
l- baxters beef consomme, tarted up with some fresh chillies. and some parmesan crackers crumbled in as "croutons"
d- cheeseburger pie... havnt had it for 2 weeks!!!!

L- Salad with 1/2 advacado, 2 slices beef, 2 small toms,2 slices jalapeno pepper cucumber, dressing made with 1tbsp mayo, 1/2 tsp harissa paste and a drop of lemon juice

D- Going out with daughter and will have chicken or steak with green salad

W - 1.5 ltrs
E - Dogs walked
A - Will not give in...yet;)
S - No

2 cups of coffee and 4 paracetamol

L = Roast Chicken with homemade mayo
D = Chicken and chorizo stew with salad
plus a sugar free jelly with a dash of D cream
S = 2 x Cheese portions from a bag of mixed

about 8 glasses water

Hi due to lack of sleep (I have read that this can affect peoples sleep patterns) I will commit my food diary now

b1 - Atkins bar (2g)
L - 1 pack of chicken slices (on the go)
D - Chicken stuffed with phillie and wrapped in bacon with cauli broccoli cheese (go to sort out how to the sauce first yikes!!)
S - Cheese strings, carb free sausage, egg with mayo, more chicken.
W - loads
E - none waiting until I have completed a full 2 wks on induction then 'bring it on!!)
A - none
