What are we eating today?

;):D first day today:D

Breakfast= fried egg bacon medalions and mushrooms.fried with olive oil.

Lunch= chicken breast,1 cup salad leaves

Tea =chicken breast wrapped in parma ham , 1 cup veg.

does this sound ok?

L - Turkey with mixed salad leaves and mayo
D - Beef with greens
S - cheesestring
A - No thanks

Afternoon all
B - usual flax porridge with cream
S - celery soup
L - tuna mayo with green salad
S - half a mim and philly
D - 2 pork chops with some of my cauli/corned beef/cheese mix

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - think we are on fishtank maintenance tonight - 60 or so litres of water to be shifted out and then back in again!
A - nope - must be getting over last Friday as i do actually fancy a drink at last lol

L= Parmesan crisps with homemade chicken liver pate
D= Kebab meat with 2 cups of salad & homemade mayo
S= Cheese x 2 from multi bag of mixed portions
W= Plenty

D - cottage pie topped with cauli mash, spring greens, sprouts

It's just Parmesan Rachie melted in the oven
Use one of those silicone mats place blobs of Parmesan on and place in the oven gas mark 6 about 8 to 10 minutes untill bubbling and golden leave to cool they then turn crispy.
they are lovely with a blob of Cream cheese on too. xx

I havent actually made these yet, I intended to have them for lunch but was out and about so had some kabanos instead.

200g slamon
1 red chilli, sliced
4 spring onions
fresh chopped coriander
1 egg
2 teaspoons of chopped lemongrass

The recipe says to put all except the salmon in a blender until chopped, then add salmon season and blend again (I think I would probably just chop them myself)
Fry in olive oil, serve with a squeeze of lime juice.

Enjoy :D
 
Wow, am loving some of the recipes. I am on day 2 and am not very adventurous at the mo. Im just going to make hubby a chilli so im going to take some of the mince and have it with some broc and caul.

Am I allowed to use tinned tomotos in induction??

Evening all. Not such a good couple of days. I'm in a bad carb-craving place at the minute. Today I managed to stick to huge quantities of diabetic sweeties instead, but it's no better. I think I'll go clean and green from Monday - it's just been very busy and I've been weak. :eek:

Anyway, today -
B - two fried eggs
S - whole bag of toffees
L - chicken breast, lettuce, mayo
S - atkins bar
D - two quarter pounders
S - bag of scratchings, celery sticks, mim & goat's cheese for supper

I rue the day I ever heard of polyols. I shake my fist at them. From Monday I just say no. :(

Woo hoo James that's amazing. I am due to weigh tomorrow morning and I am dreading it. I do feel like I have lost weight. My stomach doesn't stick out so much lol!!! Anyway, I think I shall measure myself as well tomorrow as having read on here the scales are not always the key indicator.

Today's food plan;

B - VLC sausage, 2 babybels (argghh have found these and can't stop eating them!!) (1g)
s - cheese strings x 2
L - Tandoori chicken (asda 0g carbs woo-hoo!!) 100gs salad, egg and bacon pieces, with mayo (4g)
s - VLC sausage x 2
D - steak with mushrooms, 200gs of broc and cauli, cheese (7g)

W - buckets
A - none
E - cleaning out shed - it's a dirty job but someone has got to do it;( xx
