Woo hoo James that's amazing. I am due to weigh tomorrow morning and I am dreading it. I do feel like I have lost weight. My stomach doesn't stick out so much lol!!! Anyway, I think I shall measure myself as well tomorrow as having read on here the scales are not always the key indicator.
Today's food plan;
B - VLC sausage, 2 babybels (argghh have found these and can't stop eating them!!) (1g)
s - cheese strings x 2
L - Tandoori chicken (asda 0g carbs woo-hoo!!) 100gs salad, egg and bacon pieces, with mayo (4g)
s - VLC sausage x 2
D - steak with mushrooms, 200gs of broc and cauli, cheese (7g)
W - buckets
A - none
E - cleaning out shed - it's a dirty job but someone has got to do it;( xx
