Yeah I was looking at your cheesecake recipe earlier - looks delish!

I've always been cursed with the sweetest of sweet tooth's - sometimes meat just doesn't cut it!

Jealous of your willpower. :)
 
Love your thinking guys and thank you all for your congratulations. I have no sugar free stuff left in the house. I can't go completely clean so I have 7 atkins bars per week left and I can include those in the grocery shop. I am going to check the ingredients on those tho because I am going to look at your article to find out. If I can lose more than 2lbs per week then I will be really pleased. I calculated that it will take me nearly 10 months to lose the weight but I am subscriber to this WOE for life....where else can I have choc mim and double cream for brekkie.......bring it on!!!!

Afternoon Folks - well done Rachie on the 2lbs off

L - 2 slices of corned beef with philly
D - 2 duck legs with asparagus and tender stem broccoli

W - not enough, well it is weekend, but I am trying, plus coffees

Was hungry so went in to McDs. Looked a total clip eating a burger with knife and fork! Didn't eat burger bun but chicken nuggets were battered so probably not that good.

I eat burgers just by ripping about half the bun off, then eating the burger out of it. At McDo's I usually just get hamburgers though. With something messy like a big tasty I'd just rip a bite's worth of bun off at a time.

According to Maccy's website, 6 chicken nuggets have 20g carbs in. Which is actually less than I expected. Still not the best choice though. It's annoying none of the burger places do just unbreaded chicken breast anymore. BK used to.

Rachie! Well done on the 2lb, I'm so pleased to see your work is paying off.
 
Thank you RB you are a font of all knowledge...I didn't think I would ghave lost. I still want to wake up slim but I can wait for 10 months if it means a lifetime of being slim and eating fab food. How are you doing sweetie? How is your weekend panning out? xx

I know the feeling, I've been wanting to wake up slim since I was 11 years old and it's awful to feel you've worked hard and not see results. I said to my mum the other day - I've tried so hard on Atkins fir 6 weeks it feels like I should have lost 3 stone by now. If only weight went off as quick as it goes on. Glad yours is heading the right way. We'll all get there so long as we don't give up.

I think I probably knocked myself out of ketosis yesterday (if I was in it!), but not by too much.

I had a bk double cheeseburger the other day James. I don't like them as much as maccys for some reason but all burgers are making me feel a bit ick right now.

D huge rib eye steak with loads of mixed salad...but the best bit is its being cooked by my lovely hubby:) ...cant wait!

I can't wait to see if im in Kitosis. I have just transferred from CD to Atkins so im going to try one next Thursday to give myself abit of time. I have the breath but not the nice energy boost yet lol xx

Haha thanks. Yep unfortunately that's my ugly mug up there! Figured it was about time I was as brave as you lot and put a pic of myself up. Still might get a bit shy and take it down yet :blush:! :)
