Was hungry so went in to McDs. Looked a total clip eating a burger with knife and fork! Didn't eat burger bun but chicken nuggets were battered so probably not that good.
I eat burgers just by ripping about half the bun off, then eating the burger out of it. At McDo's I usually just get hamburgers though. With something messy like a big tasty I'd just rip a bite's worth of bun off at a time.
According to Maccy's website, 6 chicken nuggets have 20g carbs in. Which is actually less than I expected. Still not the best choice though. It's annoying none of the burger places do just unbreaded chicken breast anymore. BK used to.

I can't wait to see if im in Kitosis. I have just transferred from CD to Atkins so im going to try one next Thursday to give myself abit of time. I have the breath but not the nice energy boost yet lol xx
just sat cutting all my ketostix s in half as i am addicted to them !! I would try one what have you got to loose ....... so to say !!! x
Do you think there is actually a chance I cud be in kitosis even on my 3rd day of this...despite me being on CD for 2 weeks before?

Hi RB, yeah I had a look at the McDs website earlier too. Was a bit disappointed about the 20g. Was hoping for more like 10.
I think I probably knocked myself out of ketosis yesterday (if I was in it!), but not by too much.
Fed up really, Dad gone back in hospital, scales gone up again, same old same old, can't even be ars'ed to go out tonight which is not like me.
