B: Porridge and blue berries. (it's cold!)
L: The veggie Cafe for a change.
D: Lamb curry.

lunch ; spinach salad with chicken, babycorn and avacado. s/f jelly

dinner; bacon and cheese omelette
 
That corn is high in carbs Sukie?
 
not the baby corns they are only about 2g carbs per 100g , ive got about 70 g on my salad
 
OK, I didn't realise that Sukie, I just think GRAIN!! NO NO, Atkins is ingrained now. LOL

Not long been up, had a looong night with my Youngest son.

B. Coffee BIG handfull of nuts
L. Lamb curry left over
D. Chicken stuffed with garlic and cheese wrapped in bacon.

Day one has started
B- 3 eggs as scrambled eggs didnt add anything in
L- Large mushroom baked cheese on top, with 2 slices of bacon cucumber and lettuce

6g net carbs so far

Not sure about tea yet..off to supermarket
 
Brekkie - protein shake
Lunch - protein shake
Snack - soya nuts dry roasted mmmm
Dinner - protein bar
Dessert - choccie protein pudding
 
Lovely spicy burgers - 1lb steak mince, with 2tsp parika, 1 tsp turmeric,1 tsp garam masala and a good dod of salt. Rolled into balls and flattened and fried in oil thats been heating up with 2 whole chillies.

I had mines on a bed of italian dressed cabbage (italian salad dressing on hot cabbage)

Wednesdays day all planned!

B - Bacon, mushrooms and eggs.
L - Pepperami hot, and will try and grab something from Marks at lunchtime, otherwise maybe a chicken donner no pitta
D - Rest of spicy burgers and some dressed salad.

Had a really dicky tummy today :0( never mind, hopefully sorted now.
