Am chuffed today, I got on the scales thinking I would have gained as I've been drinking way to much Thurs, Fri, Sat and Mon (grrrr) but I have lost another 2lb and am below 16st whoooooooooooo!!

Change of plan today. Slept in ran to uni. Not quite ran, more ran out the door.

B - 1 pepperami
S - Coffee with cream
L - Donner meat with salad, no dressing and no pitta
D - Left over spicy burgers hopefully
 
End of Day 2

B- Cheesey scrambled eggs with bacon and mushrooms 2.8g
L- Burgers with cheese cucumber and lettuce 3 g
T Chicken with cheese Brocolli and Cauliflower 5.6g
Total Carbs 13.4g

Another day done.... Still very scary eating fatty foods... so used to being on low fat diets... I am noticing that Im not hungry inbetween meal times... usually two hours after eating Id be hungry again.
 
Sounds like you are well in ketosis MrsH. Ketosis is great as it stops the hunger pangs. :D
 
But then it makes it really hard to eat 20g of carbs...coz im actually feeling really bloated....
 
Balance out your veggies with a good mix as they all have different carbs.
