What are we eating today?

My menus are going to be a bit samey for a few days so I might not check in every day...

b - smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
l - tuna salad, smoked cheddar stick
d - slow cooked beef stew made with shallots, mushrooms & cabbage (couldn't get any leeks) served with celeriac mash
sn - cheese & ham oopsie

L: The Cafe as usual.
D: Pan fried monk fish and steamed green veggies.

And yesterday I found diet cherry coke in my tesco so am a very happy girl :)

Well a change to last night, I had a plateful of scrambled eggs because my mouth was so sore.

L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch, something soft. LOL

Hi Jim :D Thanks matey. Its been a bloomin' rollercoaster here but back in the saddle now. Off on my jollies on monday so getting a few pounds off before I have to subject the poor turks to my jelly belly LOL. We're going to Turkey so kebabs and veggies all the way, might even lose more weight while I'm away :rolleyes:

B: Scrambled Eggs with melted cheese and flax on.
L: Leftover bake from last night.
D: Lamb Casserole.

Me too Claire - it's nice to think though that xmas dinner is when we can start maintaining! roast potatoes, parsnips, stuffing and bread sauce....Yum! Might have to go back on induction for a month after that lot though!
 
That's just what i was thinking!! Going into maint n carb allowance again just as we get the bad weather n want more stodgy comfort foods, gonna be sooo difficult to say no to but will be the ultimate test!
 
I love risotto in that weather. Not sure that cauliflower rice will cover that but at least I can have cauli and celeriac mash with plenty of butter! yum!
 
I go on strict induction on 1st December, I like to shed a few pounds to make room for the ones I know I'll gain. :)

I don't tend to eat badly at Christmas, but the amount I eat is shameful. :D
