one of my favourite meals on a green day is stuffed peppers cut peppers in half scoop out seeds roast till nearly soft meanwhile make ainsley harriet spicy sensation cous-cous (v.tasty) when peppers done fill with cous-cous and add cheese on top (eg.mottzerella,l.f grated chedder)taken frm hex a and return to oven till cheese melted.....dont know if you have tried that but they are delicious with a salad
