Sweet potato cottage cheese and baked bean potato cake, just not in an actual potato cake as it was too sloppy so I just fry lighted it! It was nice though and syn free in the end as u didn't use flour! with a crisp salad. Also had some fruit and scan bran cake and a little muller light on top.

I have just had the pasta with parwns chillis and tomatoes from the extra easy meals in minutes book....was lovely (I added some sweet chilli sauce in and syned it for extra taste) Yum!!
