Going to a Chinese for a party. Gonna have chicken in black bean sauce with boiled rice. I've eaten next to nothing all day so might have a starter too, I can spare the syns And i'm driving so won't be using any of my syns on beer

I made the curry using the mayflower sauce mix. It wasn't quite as good as my favourite takeaway but it was pretty close!

Haha I am, shamefully!

I'm not very well at all, only left my bed to make this today!

I fried off my bacon with a little garlic, then mixed the Elmlea cream (only 1 syn per tablespoon!!!) with 1 tbsp of Parmesan and a little more garlic, drained the pasta, added all of the above to the pan, mixed over a low heat and scoffed! Only ate half though! Xxx
