D: Steak, wedges, Ratatouille (2 syns),


Saturday
B: Coffee, Toast and Marmalade (2syns) HEB
L: Soup
D: Lasagne & Roasted veg HEA

Sunday
B: Fruit, Yogurt, French Toast
L: Roast Chicken, pots, sprouts, carrots, parsnips,
T: Veggie chips, fruit, yogurt


Monday
B: Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms, Tomatoes
L: Fruit/yogurt
D: Chicken (L/overs), Chips and salad


Tuesday
B: Fruit and Yogurt
L: Black Bean Stew
D: Dahl, Rice, Broccoli
HEA&HEB as snacks


Wednesday
B: Fruit and Yogurt
L: Soup and Dr Karg HEB
D: Pork Chops, Cauli Cheese (4Syns and HEA) roast potatoes
 
My plans this week are:
Sat:sw kebab meat,salad and sw chips
sun:roast turkey dinner
mon:turkey korma
tues:sw fish and chips
wed:quorn sausage,mash and beans

thats all ive worked out so far :)
 
I've tried to work out a week so from tomorrow:
Monday - chilli and rice with salad
Tuesday - homemade burger and SW chips with salad
Wednesday - Turkey steak with lots of veg
Thursday- veg stir fry with noodles
Friday - chicken curry and veg/potato curry
Not sure about the weekend yet

Mon and Tues: Cottage Pie with veg and gravy
Weds: Low fat Subway sandwich as a treat after WI
Thurs: Mushy pea curry with Quorn pieces
Fri: SW chips with mushy pea curry sauce and LM sausages :)
(I'm not veggie btw, just cheaper however might try and do a green week this week now that the bacon is used up :) )
 
I'm not sure in what order but this week I have:-

Butternut squash soup
Spicy salmon & samphire
Vegtable curry
Pork stir fry
Salmon with curried cherry tomatoes & onion & BNS chips
 
Look at what you have got on through the week Rochelle (zumba classes/work etc)and see what time that gives you to cook, then look at what you have got in the freezer etc that you need to use up and then add in a little of what you fancy and there you go job done ;)
I'm lucky my mam/aunty cooks for me a lot! But we struggle with planning meals. We've planned tomorrow night(spag Bol)Saturday is chicken tikka masala and Sunday we want beef burgers. Friday we may have look in the dreaded freezer. I hate our freezer it's massive and just puts me right off cos have to search for stuff x
 
Right, just written up the food plan for me and the OH for the week. I've done brekkie and lunch too but will only post dinners here. Doing a RED week this week
Thurs: Diet coke chicken with stir fry veg
Fri: Quiche -cheese, ham, onions, mushrooms with a side salad and salad cream
Sat: At Wetherspoons so will have peri chicken skewers with salad (approx. 4 syns)
Sun: Roast chicken wrapped in bacon, HEX B allowance of SW roasties, broccoli, green beans, onions, gravy (1.5 syns)
Mon: Melt in the middle Babybel burgers, using HEX A and B for roll, bacon and salad. 1 syn for ketchup
Tues: Quorn chicken pieces stir fry with lots of veg and soy sauce

Planned our meals but i dont usually plan which day we have what, we decide the night before or that morning what to get out for dinner depending on after work plans and what we fancy! usually do ee and green days, again depends what i fancy as to what day i do which

Tuna, tomato and mozzarella pasta bake
Lentil cheddar bake with spicy sweet potato wedges
Sri Lankan chicken curry with rice
Pizza topped chicken with sweet potato chips (love them so much having them twice!)
Jacket potatoes with tuna
Chicken and leek pie topped with potato
And the obligatory poached egg and beans on toast for a quicky dinner.
 
Glad to look back here and see that I have stuck to my meal plan from before! I just got very bored at work and have planned for this week coming up. Its pretty likely to change over the weekend as I'm totally free and bound to be lured out at some point! I'd quite fancy a weekend in soring myself out and having some 'Me' time but we shall see. I'll be back to Extra Easy too.

Tonight:
Pulled pork with smoky sauce from the mag with Sw chips, red onion and a wholemeal bun
Thursday:
Meatball pasta bake from the mag WW garlic bread (8.5), with the leftovers being used for lunch on Friday.
Friday:
Chicken curry (either the jalfrezi or madras from the book of sauces) with rice and veg mixed in with a WW naan (5.5)
Saturday:
No boyfriend, so a simple roasted veg and cous cous salad
Sunday:
No boyfriend, so Quorn spag bol with lots of veg and cheese as (HEX A), leftover used for lunch
Monday:
Mushy pea curry sauce with SW chips and 2x Tesco lighter sausages (1 syn)
Tuesday:
Mushy pea curry sauce with mixed veg and rice

Sun: pork lion steaks stuffed with sage and onion stuffing,airfry roast potatoes,sweetcorn and carrots
Monday: airfry KFC chicken,airfry chips,baked beans
Tuesday: jamacan chicken curry,rice and peas
Wednesday: fake kebab,wraps,airfry potato slices and chopped salad
Thurs:mince,mash and peas

Sun: My first green day- cannelloni not sure what with as yet-making leek and pot soup

Mon: chicken curry-maybe the katsu slimming world one depending on lunch

Tue: sausages with butternut squash mash

Ooh I have just found this thread, what a good idea! I have only planned til Thursday, but here is the plan so far:

Tomorrow: Home made burger with SW chips and a salad with balsamic dressing
Monday: Pasta with bacon, peppers, mushrooms, onions and philly light, with a side salad
Tuesday: Low fat sausages, spinach mash and steamed vegetables
Wednesday: Jacket potato with beans and a salad
Thursday: Tuna pasta salad

And I'm looking forward to them all :D
