Discover WI 20 Loss 6.25lb - 23lb since Dec 30th

No movement this week. Wasn't expecting it for some reason either, just a feeling you know? But glad it's none on either :)
 
Slightly disappointed to STS but always need to remember it's an end-goal thing and you don't care about that once you reach goal. Plus the jeans I have on tonight feel a bit looser than they have done.

Still delighted to have lost 11.5lb in just over a month :)

It's always difficult when you have consistently lost and then for no reason STS.
You are right to look at your achievements to date: you have done great to have lost not far short of a stone in a month and good on you for not allowing it to de-motivate you. You have stuck to plan despite your disappointment and that's the crucial thing.
 
Hey Maria! You're absolutely spot on. There's no point celebrating or commiserating. I've never believe in a treat after a good weigh in or destroy yourself after a bad one. It's all about staying within your points. My alcohol to exercise ratio probably screwed me. But happy overall!

Going to a friends house for a curry night. I'm taking gin and slim line to drink and Planning to basicaly eat mostly rice with a bit of the sauce so that will keep my points all down and fill me up!
 
I did, and I'm paying for it today! BIG TIME!!!

But I did stick to what I said and has rice with a bit of curry sauce over it! And A LOT of gin!

Been out walking today to pick up some things I needed and plan to die the rest of the day. Not ate solids at all yet! Just a big tub of a fresh soup from Morrissons at 4!
