Thanks very much Maria. I guess I'm just stubborn now! I KNOW it works when followed exact, so there is never really an excuse. Any time I've either STS or gained there's always been something. I've not followed the plan 100%. And only following it 100% works. The basic science is there. People don't succeed because it's not easy (and I know that more than most I think).

So aye, ended up out walking for 3 and a half hours, incorporating a food shop while I was at it!

1lb on this week, and I can't really find any reason for it other than...just one of those weigh ins. It happens. Look back over my week and I've done nothing wrong. A bit disappointing but it does happen and it's always the very end result you want, regardless of how long it takes to get there.

Averages at about 1.8lb a week which is beyond healthy weight loss so I'm ok with it :)

Good attitude Puggso - you certainly can't have gained a pound of fat so there is something else going on there.
I always find I weigh heavier after a decent workout or after a night on the pop (even if it is all accounted for) and as you said it is just one of those scale blips.

Worked out I walked about 16.5k yesterday without really trying. Between walking to and from work (de tour on the way home) and walking a lunch time!
