Weigh in results - down 2.25lb. Absolutely over the moon and makes up for last weeks STS. Not bad as well considering I was out eating elsewhere (not restaurants but still always harder to point).

Only little niggling annoyance....0.25lb off a stone! But I'll accept that! :D
