Willpower.... where do I find that?!?!?

14.21 and still nothing has passed my lips aside from water and coffee. Feelin little hunger demon awakening but nothing awful so far. Reeeally don't want to have anything yet as i know that'll kick it all off.

Lil legs, get u being all good and stuff! Perhaps this will be the time we both make it through the wk lol?! I am actually too scared to weigh myself its pathetic! But i can see it in the mrror and my clothes not fitting :-/ If i manage to be good til sat morning as planned then i will weigh then.

Delta, laverys was super fun! I felt a tad old but a few beverages put paid to that and i was busting some shapes with the kids ;-)

Me again! Just had orange chewy bar (had been in the fridge and nearly broke my jaw!) and coke zero. Not hungry at all, just the usual 'thinkin' of food. Hurry up day!!
 
Cor we are all on a roll by the sounds of it!!! Ordered some size 10 palazzos today despite being skint so will get in them no matter what.

Shamefully picked up my extra CDC products last night and didnt weigh again....... Bad habit forming xxxx

I too am about to order a dress for sat in a 10. I refuse to 'allow' myself to go up a size, not happening! (well it kind of already has but hopefully it can be sorted by sat, bit optomistic?!)
Also skint and cant afford to keep buying new stuff.

Ooh its nearly the end of the day, we r doing so great! I have had a shake now too so if i only have 1 more shake i will have done my first ever ss day!!
 
Trust me to mess it up had tinned tomatoes on toast :(

I'm a wally!!!!!! Dreading what the scales say!!! Tomorrow I'm at the olympic park!! Thurs I'm out for meal, fri I'm out for meal and sat and sun I'm in Clacton for the weekend!!!!!!!!

Shall I just come off plan for a bit?? Or stay as best as poss??

I'm feeling better now I'm not pushing myself so hard to get to 9 st 7. 9 st 10 is the aim and to stay there!!

I know a few 100% days will get me back to 10 st (hopefully) then stop the weighing, be good and gym. Well that's the plan lol x

Good lass! Well i shall weight myself on sat providing i stick sonewhere between ss and step3 all week and hopefully im back somewhere near 10stone. I am aiming to be back properly to that weight by the sat after :) Sticking to champers and vodka diet coke sat night, hould be easy as it will be free!
