Just finished work, straight to the gym then home to conk out!

Have had chicken and veg and a bar, might have a small salad with cous cous for tea instead of two shakes - wont be far off the same cals see how I feel when I get home x

Good job missus! I am a shake and a bar down and had a little bit of fat free greek yog too. I could i think manage another ss day but we will see what i feel like later x
 
Whoop I found the gym! Didn't do hours and hours but still I went. Tempted to do my shred DVD but don't wanna push it!

Just had my dinner - lush!! Half a pack of cous cous (130cals) plus beetroot, spring onion, cucumber, a pepper, a chilli and a stick of celery. Got the other half for lunch tomorrow with a chicken breast. Nom nom nom

Take my hat off to all you ss-ing!!

V impressed, well done doll. I just dont have the energy for exercise atm with the sh***y night sleep and starting diet again. Am going to have an ss+ meal now i think and then have 1 more shake but dunno if i will have it or not, we'll see.
Maybe food will give me energy for a bit of exercise tomorrow :) x

Ha yeah i know ur right and just had a go at myself lol. Had a step2 meal and have 1 shake to go. Need to remember it was step2 alone that made me lose in the 1st place so its fine to eat!

Have to face facts that i have left it way too late to change much before this wkend, but so long as i dont eat crap on sun when im hanging and just get back in it i can hopefully have a decent loss bu following sat :) x

I won't :) I'm setting my alarm for 6 instead of half 6.. But the chances of me gettin up and doing the DVD are slim I'll be honest!!

I'm hungry now though!! :(

My new size 10 jeans have arrived, they do up but I wouldn't wear them at the min (but it wasn't so long ago the 12s looked like that from some shops!) they are my new goal jeans. My focus is to get into them and feel comfortable - no matter what number is on the scales!

Going to weigh on the weekend and hope I'm 10 st or peaking into the 9s, then I'm gonna try not to take notice of the scales and plod on with exercise

It all sounds so straight forward :/

Ur mindset is exactly right, and im sure the scales will reward u at the wkend! The jeans thing is a gret idea, my 10's are the ones that did fit perfectly at 10st and uncomfortble now so im on for the jeans challenge too!

It kind of is straight forward so long as ur on track and don't fall off. Its when we mess up that it becomes blimmin hard! Realy wishing i wasn't going out on sat in some ways as my head is torally in the game now but sunday is the day to test (and i will probably be miserable wanting maccy d's!)
 
I think thats why I'm trying to change my mindset. If I have a bad few days I just need to exercise more. The more you exercise the more you can eat too - winner!!

I need to just realise that I'm not obese. I'm a 10-12. Yes I'm short but I've never ever been lower than 9 st 12 so what's the big deal. I'd rather be there and stay there than try and push to get into the low 9s (which deep down I know isn't maintainable for me) and end up having weeks and weeks of eating rubbish and beating myself up for not gettin back on plan cos that's where I've always gone wrong and always found myself back at 11st!

Not this time!!

Gawd what's happened to me! Maybe they sprayed me with something when I went to the gym!

(tomorrow I'll be sore and moaning u watch!)

Ur right though, in the long term we can eat more/treats just have to burn it off. I really want to get to 10st and learn to maintain. I think i know where i went wrong.

Crikey, i wonder how many hours a day we spend yapping about out 'plan?!'

To find a happy place (in my new red jeans!) somewhere below 10 st

To still be there at Xmas!

To feel happy and comfortable on holiday and the 3 weddings I am going to

To exercise at least 4 times a day

To fall in love! (well I can dream, but it's more likely to happen if I like myself!!)

I love ur goals, they sound much the same as mine, even the red jeans ;-) BUT in thinking exercise 4 times a week not a day lol!

I am staying on this forum for the rest of my life, i will 1) fall xof the wagon and never return an 2) be disowned by everyone i know because i am always talking crap about 'plans' and weight an blah blah. If they've never done cd they dont geddit!!

I'm stayin on this post too even though I'm not strictly following cd and I'm gonna start using herbalife too when my shakes go. More cals and protein when I'm back into my exercise and my friends pt trainer is gonna help me!

But it's all the same principle!! x

We should have a lil get together when we all reach out goals and have managed to stick a bit. Although as we have said before if u me and missie r involved we will just get wham faced and end up earing food that comes in a box :-D

R u out this wkend? Im reeeally gona need help on sunday to stick. Have decided as long as i stay sonewhere between ss and step3 that day its ok. Just no crap!! Staying at my friends sat night but gonna keave asap next day before they all go out for burgers an shizzle! X
