My new size 10 jeans have arrived, they do up but I wouldn't wear them at the min (but it wasn't so long ago the 12s looked like that from some shops!) they are my new goal jeans. My focus is to get into them and feel comfortable - no matter what number is on the scales!
Going to weigh on the weekend and hope I'm 10 st or peaking into the 9s, then I'm gonna try not to take notice of the scales and plod on with exercise
It all sounds so straight forward :/

I'm stayin on this post too even though I'm not strictly following cd and I'm gonna start using herbalife too when my shakes go. More cals and protein when I'm back into my exercise and my friends pt trainer is gonna help me!
But it's all the same principle!! x
