Sorry to be an annoying nob, but i am ridiculously chuffed with myself for doing a 100% ss day, never ever done 1 before hehe :)

I am proud of us!!! How long has it been lol?! I think i managed 2 100% step3 days last wkend and that was prob it for about 3 wks i reckon!

Morning all!!

I'm gonna dust off my 30 day shred and my pledge to you all is to do 30 mins exercise a day - whether that is the gym, DVD or a brisk walk (apart from the wedding weekend as I'll be runnin round like a blue ass fly which will have to count!!) so that gives me 26 days to be as good as I can and get some exercise in!!

Ps morning weigh is 10 st 2. Yay.
 
Well done lil legs thats brilliant!!! Morning everyone still loving the dinner I had last night gotta say think its one of my fav.......never thought I would say that about tomatoes on toast!!!

Decided m going to try and keep to it as best as possible for the next few days while I have so much on and deal with it after xxxx

Well done sheree, thats amaze. I am sooo hoping That u will weight something near to 10st on sat but u just never know. Am hungry today but about to attack a bucket of coffee so ican put off my first shake as long as poss. Have said to myself u am allowedto do step2 today if i need food, but ideally i'd like another ss ir ss+ 4 shakes, we'll see xx

your bmi is lower than mine by far you prob need to eat a food meal hun xxx

I ususally have mine at about 12ish and then 4ish then 7ish xxxx
 
This is gonna make you guys laugh

MY other halfs work mate has cayenne pepper for his arthritus and he gave OH a print off telling him the benefits of having the pepper. So one of them was weight loss so we both had a tsp full in water this morning (as we have no real idea how to take it) and I am still dying think im going to poo myself all morning!!! My OH feel hyper and also been on the toilet for 10 mins at work loooool xxx

Hahahanooooooo gross!!! U mix it with food u daft thing LOLZ!! I cant stan it personally as too spicy for me but lots of herbal type if weight loss aids have it in as well as green tea extract. Ur better having it that way babe! Drink green tea too, that also helps speed up ur metabolism and has loads of oter good benefits. Tastes a bit like hay to begin with but it wont make u s**t yourself!!!

Well my bmi isnt that low now as have put weight back on but it is (i hope!) still a fair bit uder 25. Ive just had a shake and im gonna have some 0% fat greek yog today at some point as am worried about mu bones and joints coz of the exercise i do. Mind u, not done much of that recently but lil legs has given me a boot up althe arse lol

U nee to be careful when u first start diet babe especially if u are on ss so personally my advice is stay away for first cpl if wks til ur in ketosis and used to it all. U could try some swimming but if ur anything like me the thought of putting on a swim suit in public is not a pleasant one lol!

Really?! Bonkers isnt it. I imagine i will end up eating something today anyway but already my jeans arent so uncomfortable because ive lost my carb belly lol. In reality icant hope for anything more than a flatter tum by sat (i mean visible things) but thats better than nowt. Annoying coz u know i'll be good til sat and then it will get ruined!
