Hmm, will def look in to. I think in reality i will stay cd til im back at at goal again and maintained for little while, then will look a bit further. Been chatig to someone on another thread about JUDD diet, sounds quite good!

Good chist woman, u r seriously impressive !! Im walking around westfield shopping centre in london (being the most patient friend in the world!) so theres my exercise! Having dinner in wagamamas and they do salad. Not all green but best i can do!! Glad granny legs is better :) xx

Well im v v impressed! Im having a great day and actually the only illegal stuff in my salad was cashew nuts and satsuma and prob the the drssig lol but hey i made the best choice i could. My friend had ice cream and i had a skinny iced coffee so have a actually done pretty good

Offto another friends tomoz nght and making us both tuna nicois salad and she wants me to take her running on sat which is good xx

Right girls I'm pleased to tell you I'm back at 10 st. So no more weighing all the time. I'm getting measured next fri to see my mid-way results (on this 24 day challenge so hope my body fat has gone down and it'd be nice to see the 9s but my focus is on body fat and toning. If I stay at 10 st so be it!

Not strictly doing cd as may start the herbalife this weekend but I'll still be here so don't kick me off for being a traitor :p you girls keep me going!!

D-Day for me tomoz with the scales but as i caved in and had a kitkat chunky blimmin 11.30pm last night i dunno whether to bother or not, specially as hasn't ben a full wk and am off out tomorrow night. What do we think? Weigh myself tomoz morning or tues morning? Tues was when i got back on it so be a full wk and will tech include 2 cheat days. I know i will be 100% step2 today and tomoz until i start drinking. Maaaan social life+cd=impossible!!! But weigh tomoz my inspire me not to hve post mahiki mac d's and hangover food!

Oh and trying not to beat myself up over kitkat but it was just so silly, and carb tastc-doh!!! I was hungry but should have just stopped at my cottage cheese :-(
Going running in a bit, 1st exercise in over a week, that'll be fun :-/
 
I was terrible Monday, good tues weds and thurs havin between 800-1000.

I think you should weigh, the kit kat won't have that much of an impact and uve been ss some days too! The longer you put it off the harder it'll be!

My friends hubby has said I should be eating no less than 1200 - yikes lol will probably aim for 1000 though and if I need more I'll have a Protein bar or something! We shall see!! x

Right well i have kind of taken ur advice and just weighed on my new scales. Holy f***ing moly 10st6!!! I actually feel physically sick no wknder my jeans are tight! Even though i did expect something like that! Has given me the exact kick up the arse i needed to sort my shizzle out again, including my exercise. Running today once coffee kicks in and then again tomoz morning. If i have maccy d's tomoz night it will be fish fingers or whatever the healthiest thing is and sunday i am going home early to avoid temptation. F-this! I WILL be lighter this time next week i promise. :-(

Most diets and trainers say dont go below 1200cal but then we always knew cd was extreme. Think is science shows we can still function on less cals but there are side effects. I think its that trainers etc just cant recommend u eat so little, and in my experience they also hate no carb diets. You do whatever u feel comfortable with honey, its kbvs working.

God i feel dreadful, reeeeally dont wanna be out drinking tomoz. Must at least try to rein it in a bit! X

It will help you make healthier choices even when a bit naughty (mcds as you said!)

You my dear are an absolute gem, always say the right thing!

Not sure why im so shocked, think maybe its just seeing it there in front of you. I am going on my holibobs kn 15th so i fully intend to be back at 10st by then and i will step3 whilst away. No mkre lf this nonsense!

I know we knew this anywh but how crazy it is that we work SO hard to get the weight iff ad then poof! In a matter of days you can gain sooo much weight. Complacency is def not an option in life if i want to lk nice, once a week weighing from now on.

Ok, feeling a little less like a crazy person now so thanks for listening/advising. Didnt mean to damoen ur day specially as u had good news.

Ah bless ya! You deserve to be excited, your doing so well and the fact that it isn't by strictly following CD shows there is life (and hope!) beyond this!
I have had to put off run as had the shock of my life checking bank balance and realising I still had money lifet to buy on my holiday *gulp* Yet another motivation for sorting my sh*t out with this as quite simply it is a huge pointless waste of money otherwise!
OK, trainers are going on. This.Is.Gonna.Hurt!

Ok so i ran, and inspired by u lil legs i did a cpl of jillian m's weight circuits. Hurt like hell and my run time was gash but i feel really good and happy. I forgot how much i love training, was too wrapped up in eating lol. Here's hopin this helps bin off those 6lbs quickly! X

Funny how ur mindset can change so quicky, but shows it is down to you! Do some exercise and voila i feel happy! Mid u it helps that the sun is shining and i have FINALLY managed to find more of my fave fat free salad dressig after visitng 5 supermarkets! X
