I went to the gym in the end and did my DVD :)

Really excited to see my parents tonight. Gym tomorrow and out for lunch and work Sunday so no gym, out for food with the girls too. Nevermind exercise when I can and be sensible and tighten the belt mon-fri x

Sounds like you have a lovely weekend planned! I want to lose 2 stone on this then move to WW to lose the last 2 stone...and to be able to eat while I do it!! And to not be afraid to have a glass of wine on the weekend!

I had a col lf g&t's and doriot and dip last night but i had run and did a little run today and will be eating on plan til tonights boozing.

I know, we have turned a corner I feel! Treats but exercise to balance it out!!

Gonna have two shakes and a normal meal today and tomorrow as with family and out with friends tomorrow. Mon-fri will be two shakes and a healthy meal with limited/low carbs

Feeling really positive to be honest. This is the way forward!!

My cousin is down visiting and keeps telling me how well I look :)

Really not gonna bother with what the scales say just how I feel and what my clothes say!

1 shake and a meal down. Alas both me and my friend are ill and been on the loo most of the day, sorry for the major tmi! Oh well, at least i should have a flat tummy tonight but atm i feel so sick, cant even face water :-(

I'm in work, managed to swap shifts so 8-2 today and 8-6 next Sunday so off for lunch with the girls. Shred DVD tonight but no gym - tomorrow back on things 100% with very little carbs until my friends wedding on 19th - I will limit any belly bulge as much as I canx

Im sooo impressed with u chick, u r doing amazing! I am literally gonna try my hardest this week as i so want to be back to 10st soon. Had a bit of a meltdown last night before i went out about being fat and i just dont need that feeling in my life anymore, ive no time for being boo hoo! Im sure last nights boozing will have made me put on but if i run every day this wk and stick 100% to diet am hoping i could loose at least 2lbs :)
 
I'm 100% I've put on this weekend but there are no more distractions from tomorrow until 18th, so I should be less flabby by then even if I'm still 10 st!

Tried my wedding outfit on last night and everyone said it looked great, id like to lose a little/tighten up before then to feel really nice x

If u keep going the way u are u wil def be toning and losing weight :)
Im still hanging like a mofo so if j manage a run it def wont be until later. May cycle onstead as not quite so hard but least its something. Can do my dvd too.
Going to alton towers on thurs and my pals are on about maccy d's brekkie etc. Again i will e making the healthiest choices. I think they do portidge and stuff but i may just bring a bar and have a coffee. Will decide nearer the time. X

Its good for u to rest today, You should have atleast 1 day a wk off so ur body can recover and repair for the week ahead :)
I am now less of a hugover mess( well actually more of a meas but less hungover!) so going to have a big coffee then decide between a run or cycle. Weather here is so odd today, just been a mega thunder storm that woke me up but nkw blazing sun, gotta love british summer! X
