LOLZ missie! But that is exactly how i felt last wk, i actually didnt want any more crap to eat at all!

Hate to say it but Jodie marsh is promoting it and although im not trusting her its getting loads of positive reports xxx

I will look at it babe but honestly there is no such thing is quick or easy fixes in my opinion. It might help combined with diet and exercise but that alone works anyway. Personally i think u are better off drinking a cpl of cups of green tea a day and cracking on with what we are doing.
Sorry if sound a bit negative but i justdon't believe in magic pills lol, or we'd all be little mini stick girls :) xx

Also whatever u think of jodie marsh, she works her ass off to look like that and probably doesn't even take the damn pill lol!

We have all lost weight and know what it takes, just a case of doing it ;-) xxx
 
Just looked them up doll, first few things that came up were an explosive and a dj lol! They are a con babe, main ingredients green tea and caffine which u can just consume yourself for a much lesser cost! Xxx

I would hate for you to waste your money babe. Green tea is proven to help speed up your metabolism and cleanse ur body though so trally recommmend that. You can drink it or buy green tea extract capsules. As you can't have milk on ss u might actually like it? They do them with peopermint etc too if u like that kind of shizzle :)

I looked at that before hun and decided to go the old fashioned way!!

im just cooking my lunch (and extras for lunch tomorrow). gym done, will do my dvd later and one more shake then.

I have 12 days including today where i have to be 100% so heres to getting day one out the way!!

im working 10-8 all week, my gym opens at 7.. i am gonna TRY and get up, go do 30 mins cardio first thing then my dvd before work.. i promise i will at least do the dvd every morning if i dont make the gym!

Agreed lil les, missie take it easy if ur gonna gym. 30 mins of walking is gd exercise and shouldnt make u feel funny ;-) Don't u be iverdoing it either mind u lil legs, don't burn yoursel out!

I just wanna fast foward a few days so i can se a change on the scales. Been so long since i have stuck to this for for any period of time but no im desperate to be fully in the mix again lol!

i hear you hun!!

few good days and we'll be plain sailing again!

im going to stick to no carbs until sat, sat i will have a little "treat" ive planned my day already haha (bored much!)

sat - 2 shakes for breakfast and lunch, fruit for snacks.
chicken, veg and steamed rice with ONE glass of wine.

ive got YUMMY protein bars which im allowed upto 2 a day, im trying to look at them as emergency choc fixes (im not lying they are delicious!) so i will allow myself one after my main meal as my desert (only if i have exercised - so everyday haha) and other than that i will only snack on fruit!

have ordered another shake mix - cookies and cream so i hope thats nice!!

so even if i dont lose anymore weight on the scales ill know im healthy and toning up :)
