few good days and we'll be plain sailing again!

im going to stick to no carbs until sat, sat i will have a little "treat" ive planned my day already haha (bored much!)

sat - 2 shakes for breakfast and lunch, fruit for snacks.
chicken, veg and steamed rice with ONE glass of wine.

ive got YUMMY protein bars which im allowed upto 2 a day, im trying to look at them as emergency choc fixes (im not lying they are delicious!) so i will allow myself one after my main meal as my desert (only if i have exercised - so everyday haha) and other than that i will only snack on fruit!

have ordered another shake mix - cookies and cream so i hope thats nice!!

so even if i dont lose anymore weight on the scales ill know im healthy and toning up :)

Haha babe i am soooo the same planning my meal every day. Admittedly i am actually going to let myself have have 2nd teeny salad and cottge cheese meal in tr eve if i feel i need it, but with the running etc i don't want to conk out, so long as we are no carbs its fine!

Ooh what are these bars, sound fab! I don't have enough to take away with me and i find they really help. Cant take atkins ones as they aren't realy a meal substitute. Xxx
 
they are *whispers* herbalife protein bars, you're allowed upto 2 a day as a snack and they are luuush!!

Im gonna take my measurements on friday morning as its day 10 of me exercising, also gonna have my body fat etc re-taken on fri so will report back - as long as there is a decrease in the body fat and fingers crossed inches i couldnt give two hoots what the scales say - obviously if they say 11 st i wont be best pleased!!

DVD done - ive found a review site for 30 day shred where ppl have put before and after pics and its giving me hope!!

I am very very inspired. Wish id restarted my dvd a month ago so i could give it two rounds though!!

Deffo gonna get back onto it when i come back from hols too. hope i get results like them!!

Most people say they didnt lose much/very little weight so ive noted that! just hope i havent gained too much from the weekend so i can still get back to around 10 st max

Less of that thanks, so ur not where u want to be yet but you are still a gorgeous girl! The pics r good tho, wait til u look back on them in a few wks. I wish i lked like i do in my goal pics now but am still nothing like the porker i was at te start so mine have been good for me in that sense!

Just been on herbal life site. I see the bars have less protein and more carbs than a cd bar but also less cals, how big are they? It doesnt give nutritional info per 100g ao hard to compare properly. How much r they? If they were cheaper i would def be tempted!

Was just about to go for my run and it has started p***ing it down-typical! Oh well i will leave it for a bit but def going rain or shine...just hope its the latter! Have had extra protein and veg today but still v much 'clean' eating so no biggy. I was hungry and u can't train well if ur starving . Xx
 
They're not meal replacements, just ideal for snacks. not sure about the cost - i bought a pack of things together - shakes, bars, tea, vitamins (cheaper through my lovely friend) so i cant help there hun!!

im def not the size i was but im still a little porker. nevermind we'll see what the tape says friday and ill take pics again a week friday :)

Good point, and a good snack! Im just looking at they whey protein bars that michelle heaton recommends on her fb page. They are higher carbs but loads of protein and have way less sugars than the cd ones. Also v cheap! Think once am back at goal i am going to give these bad boys a go :)
 
Just made the mistake of watching man vs food! Now I'm bloody starving!! Ordered the DVD today after seeing you all chat about it! Hope you're all doing well x
 
The stuff looks absolutely gorgeous tonight. He was in NYC in a deli, then he tried the world's hottest curry! Now I'm watching him do some humongous burger challenge!! All I have left to eat is a CD bar! Very depressing lol
 
Just came back from CDC and was brave enough to get weighed!!! Ok granted I usually get weighed in the morning but hell I've put on 7lbs in two weeks!!
Kick up the arse I needed!!!!

If nothing keeps me off the the wine that bloody will!!!!!
 
Missie know how u feel, when i weighed myself last week i knew i had put on a lot but seeing the 6lb gain made me actually want to puke! You will do this dont worry, we are all going to help eachother.

Delta i totes love man vs food, and i agree it always makes me hungry lol, not sure thats te way its sposed to be!

I have done my run and dvd circuits, totally cream crackered but happy. If u havent got it i totaly recommend this dvd 6 minute fixes. Loads of different circuits and u can either do the whole thing in 40 mins or pick and chose what u want to do.

Tiny terny perky bodies here we come! X

so much for my 12 days 100%

remembered i have a baby shower (including buffet and cupcakes!) sat and the girls staying over next tues. i will do the best i can though -exercise like a biatch and make the best choices i can :) x
