Agggh the pressure lol! I must admit some things are still a bit confusing like how some people have two Up ays together but never 2 down days as they say thats bad? I think basically the science is that eating more calories next to hardly any is what creates the loss. You know how on CD we have (sorry HAD, past tense for me lol) Ketosis, well there is a special 'state' for JUDD i think. My mum is doing it with me and she has the actuall offiicial book that this Dr Johnson dude wrote so I shall be having a read and will try and fill you in when i learn stuff.
I am eating cheese tomorrow, fact!!

I used my dodgy scales and was weighed at the gym on his proper scales, mine are going away now - I don't want to weigh anymore.

I don't care what they say as long as they dont go up and if I'm eating well and exercising that can't happen so just keep going as I am x
 
god for you hun looks like you both have sorted it out what your doing and its just me thats still trying to decide what to do! :(

No I haven't and it is pathetic really but I just know it will be awful yesterday and I couldnt bear to see an even higher number on the scales when i am in a positive mood. I will do it after my next down day which is sunday, so I am going to update all my STASA again then. I'm a saddo and a wimp but I just know what i'm like and as silly as it is the number on the scales can make or break me! Important I do it near the start and before I go away though so i can compare when I'm back :)xxx

Babe its a good idea to do it now then you will know exactly how your getting on hun and it will give you a boost xxx

Babe the way i see it you should do one of two things. Join the thread and see how i get on and when im back from hol i can do a full update and also weigh in to see if it has worked. Then u can decide if u think its for you.

The other option is you grab the bull by the horns and get cracking on it yourself asap. Decide whether you want tomorrow to be ur 1st UD (thats up day, new JUDD lingo!) or 1st DD (im thinking up as its a sat but up to u) and just see how u get on too. I don't want to push u in to anything especially as i am just starting and have no idea how things will work out, bur u just seem so unhappy atm and tbh im slightly concerned about ur food fear. Whatever u decide we are all here but have a real think about r happiness and sanity xx
 
Ps so early on and i am already going to be tested as on sunday uve been offered some Olympic tickets. No way im not going but it is unfortunately a down day. Never mind, i think u can take food so i will take a CD bar or cereal bar and a pre-packer sarnie then i can have coffee and diet coke to fill any gaps.
 
I can't believe this thread is still going! I remember back in may when I first joined the CD boards that you lot were chatting on here.. & here you still are! Lol. Hope you're all doing well :) x

I've toyed with practically every diet out there the past seven months! -- Cambridge, slim & save, calorie counting, JUDDD, WW and SW, but I haven't given any of them a chance cause I've given up after a few days and just been on a constant binge since January really... and now I'm up to 14.8 stone :-(!!

I'm back to CD tomorrow, cause I need food to be out of the equation for a while -- even when I tried calorie counting & eating healthy I'd end up binging on healthy foods and having too much of everything! So I need food to not be around for a bit.

I text my CDC and I'm meeting her Monday at 4pm after work to weigh and get the products, but I've still got shakes left from my last attempt so gonna start tomorrow! How are you getting on? xxx

The only thing I don't like about JUDDD is how extreme the weight fluctuations are.. I've seen people on the JUDDD boards who can gain up to 5lbs after an up day, & then they'll lose it after a down day but as soon as they do an up day they've gained it again & it seems pointless to me! Plus the losses aren't as quick as I'd like and I don't think the aspect of that diet will help with my binge eating at all..

So it's back to CD for me! Well done for being on SS do long!!! I actually threw away a load of chocolate, cheesecake & bread tonight -- had enough of bloody junk food! xxx

Its fine babe and i shall do my best with it. If i find it too hard, or it doesnt work it will be 100% back to old fashioned calorie counting but i am positive atm. Chin up gorge, ur doing so well xxxx
