Agggh the pressure lol! I must admit some things are still a bit confusing like how some people have two Up ays together but never 2 down days as they say thats bad? I think basically the science is that eating more calories next to hardly any is what creates the loss. You know how on CD we have (sorry HAD, past tense for me lol) Ketosis, well there is a special 'state' for JUDD i think. My mum is doing it with me and she has the actuall offiicial book that this Dr Johnson dude wrote so I shall be having a read and will try and fill you in when i learn stuff.

No I haven't and it is pathetic really but I just know it will be awful yesterday and I couldnt bear to see an even higher number on the scales when i am in a positive mood. I will do it after my next down day which is sunday, so I am going to update all my STASA again then. I'm a saddo and a wimp but I just know what i'm like and as silly as it is the number on the scales can make or break me! Important I do it near the start and before I go away though so i can compare when I'm back xxx
