Hello strangers!!
Been manic busy, the little one has tonsillitis so have had no sleep for days.
Saw my CDC on Thursday last week, have lost a little bit more, I am now 55kg and have lost some 1/4 inches so all good. Have been been to the gym to have my body fat tests done and since I started the Cambridge diet I have lost 7% body fat and 6.8kg of body fat so it's all good.
have been relaxed about food for the past 5 days to try and make me get my head around food!! When I say relaxed I mean having a little bit of chocolate and making myself eat when I don't feel like it to try and help with food issues.
Not sure if it's going to work - and advice?
Am off to Ireland fri-sun for a girlie break - that's if the little one is better!

Hey guys had major drama today it all came to a head with my mate i made the move to arrange a date to go out and have a meal or something and noone had a date free on a fri and she didnt wanna do a weekday.......................so she suggested a sat in oct and im all booked up with stuff for wedding and a break away!!
Anyway got the response saying im a lier and doesnt believe i have plans, im insulting her intelligence and thats it she doesnt wanna know me anymore!!!
im a pathetic person who has no live just because i have a man!! i have no life with out one blah blah bla. The the other friend came back and said the same horrible stuff.
So could say its been an eventful day and thats all that sorted.................wow it all started with eyelashes loool xxx

Jeez miss, thats flippin awful and horrible. Who needs enemies with friends like that! You sound really calm? Sounds like you won't miss them in your life at all? And also they talk balls anyway coz ur out all the time lol! xxx

Yeah I didn't really do much to be honest just wandered around talkin to people! Had lots of lovely compliments 
but ate like a pig. Tomorrow I will be an angel!!
Nipped up the rugby club bout 20 mins ago straight from work cos I left my jacket there sat, the boys are usually training but didn't see anyone (thank god I thought)....
Got in my house and had a text off SF "you could of said hello" lol didn't even notice him... Said he wanted to be Tuesday best friends lol I've said I'm busy (I'm in my onesie reading a book haha)
