Im gonna just have a fish and salad meal tonight for dinner! Going to try and have just one meal a day and keep below 800! After reading that fast5 thing. It would be ideal for me really as i wanna eat at night!

Gonna be super healthy tho!

I'm off to the freezer to plan dinner. Then I can workout what i can have rest of the day. So so bloody determined now!!

yeah so still gonna juddd but count in everything like a mofo. 2000/500 works out at about 1200cal a day. Most cal counting diets say don't go lower than 1000-1200 daily . I think you try what you want babe, just remember 800 is really low, less than step2 cambridge and then you ggot all nutrients etc from shakes. xx

Trust me, I hear ya loud and clear on this babes! I think you need to do whatever you think you can stick at, without being miserable. If you can do the 800 think then go for it.
On Rosemary Coley, which is basically just calorie counting, she suggests you do 1000cal a day for the first week to 'kick start' things and then continue with 1200cal a day. You can choose when to eat that way i.e. save most of your cals for your eve if you like? or for wine, or have 3 meals...i guess its quite flexible. xxx

This sounds quite like what I want to do!! Need to get willpower for during the day at work though as there are so many packets of crisps flying around and I LOVE CRISPS looool!!

Thinking about having an egg white omelette and make it at home then take it to work for lunch! You think you can reheat them?

Legs, yeah is that for whole day and what have you got? Do you work out cals on MFP? I always do with my cal book and calculator because I am a nerd and a loser! xx

Well I have a mound of fruit - strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberrys and a banana

Ww curry meal (new fancy looking steam ones)

And humous and Melba toast

I'm in work 10-8 so only 1 proper lunch break and I won't eat when I get in at half 8 xx

I had a steam one yest,chicken chop suey and was nice :)
Guess I am a confirmed fatty coz gotta be honest, that wouldnt fill me up in a day! Mind you I'm not big on fruit. I think thats why i prefer JUDDD. I am as hungry on 0/500cals as I would be on what you'll be eating so would rather have less and more the next day. Just still trying to beat the binge on the 'more' day lol!

Successful dieting really is about what you can stick at and not feel miserable on I think. Quick fixes are not the way forward!
My poor body, no wonder it hates me. I have absolutely put it through hell over the years with starving and stuffing and CD and god knows what! xx
 
We are all different, I love fruit but not a big fan of veg!!

I pledge to you all to stick this out until 26th oct and then I'm off to London for pre bday celebrations. I'll be honest no matter what and I won't give up x

Excellent pledge ;-) And here here to the being different thing. In my diary am always honest (and with u guys but onvs dont post my food here) I dont see whats to be gained by fibbing! Plus we all help eachother :)

Well my Allbran has filled me right up! Mind u was only 3.5hrs ago! Im being naughty and bunking off for 45mins to run at some point soon. Thought i may as well as working from home all day and its not actually raining!!
