Miss i would actually never sleep after 4 (not that i do anyway!) my 2nd coffee was decaf, so basically hot brown water lol!

Heres another thing to make us hate humanity:
My dad parks his car in a street every morning and then walks 25mins to station. He had note on his car from police because some ******* has stolen his entire back bumper! A resident saw it happening and phones police but couldnt get plate or catch them. Makes me so so sick. My poor dad who works so hard and was already walking tk work at 6.30am when it happened. Grrr!!

Oh he is ok just angry and upset. Ive just made a poster and am taking it to all the pubs and businesses in town now appealing for info! Maybe im a loser, and prob nothing will cone of it but i am just so riled that people do this and get away with it!!

Yes i have decided that eating in a meal capacity, or just a cpl of 'naugties' in the company of others are ok! Wht is not ok is sneaking it all in to your bedroom/out to ur car and eating it on ur own!! God its embarrassing just writing that!!
 
Hun I've done the same before don't worry!!

I won't be anywhere near the amount of cals meant to maintain per day so I'm not worrying! 900 cals plus whatever the chips were and it was half a small box x

yeah ur still on a teeny piddly amount! Ur doing so well, I so admire you!! Tomorrow is going to be a mega test for me. I have bought a nice looking WW meal 9tomatoe and basil chicken) for dinner as when i am this fat and am really trying to limit and be accurate with cals, it is good to already have them worked out exactly for me. Also got some ww mini magnum type jobbies, only 96cala a pop-result!

PS ur chips have just broken my dream from last night...well weird! Dreamt I was sitting on a bench feeding chips to a down syndrome boy. He was really sweet and kept hugging me. My brain is a mad place!

Sooooo how do u knkw its accurate? I only asked that coz it was telling me an instant coffee and skimmed milk was 30cals and i was like errrr hold the phone i know thats wrong!
Guess u just use it as a rough guide :) I'm gonna be an uber loser tomorrow and work out food myself and on there. See what if any difference there is

Yeah i always look at the pack too legs.

Miss i wouldnt stress too much but its just i saw 30cals for my milk and know for a fact its only 18. And then checked on semi skimmed and some was really inaccurate too saying only 20cal! Think u need to know roughly what some stuff is thats all xx
