So since last week I've lost just under 3 pounds which for me i think is really quite good, i ve gone from thinking that since i ve come off metformin i was going to lose much more weight, to thinking that ok its going to take a little longer than if i had the metformin, but i will get there in the end, i ve only got two more pounds to lose then i will have lost a stone, from when i started my weightloss this time at the beginning of october, which im really quite pleased about and im hoping that i can do this by the end of november.
Im also going to try and hit 20 posts some time this week so that hopefully my signature space will be increased, so that i can set myself challenges like some members have, and have the weeks and amounts lost going underneath, and so that i can put my over all ticker on there as well so that hopefully seeing all that underneath everytime that i post will remind me of what im doing and hoepfully keep me on track, as it will be a constant reminder.
So far today, i ve been a bit bad as i havent had breakfast as i got up late, but i decided to have a slightly bigger lunch of a small size jacket potato with low fat cheese and some baked beans, the hope was that it will kick start my metabolism, for when i do my workout dvd after i have finished on here. I feel i have a fairly healthy tea though, of salmon, baby new potatoes and vegetables.
So hoepfully i ll lose another two pounds this week, im feeling fairly upbeat about it, im seeing my doctor on weds about my metformin, i have healthy meals planned out for the rest of this week, so lets hope this is the start of a new weightloss regime and a newer me
