L - Chicken Super Noodles (3syns) & Apple
D - Spag Bologanise (1.5syns) & Muller Yogart

L- Fried Egg, x2 toast, Quorn sausages & tom sauce (7.5syns)

well been so busy past few days with poorly girls & my gig etc so not kept to the diet!! really need 2 get my ass into gear theres no excuse!! gno get on wiifit today n do a healthy food shop!! Food Diary:
B- shreddies(heb)& milk (hea)
L- noodles & apple
D - chicken chips & veggies
S - yogart
 
Wouldn't worry about it... Your still maintaining and still had treats so defo doing something right hunnie :D Keep going... not far till your at target now anyway... i've been SO bad it's unreal... absolutely dreading weigh in on Thursday... Reckon i'm in for a gain of about 7lbs!!! lol xxx
 
Well had 2 weeks of eating absolute crap.. stepped on this morn and said ive put on 3lb.. really happy with that!! but im bk on diet 2day so on sat is my proper weigh in and hopefully thats gone! Food Diary for today is:

L - jacket potato, lettice, tuna & salad cream (1syn)
S - yogart
D - Spag Bol (2syns)

oo dear ive wrecked it everyda & now 3 weeks off it i feel awful!!!!!!!!!! bk on it tomorrow definatly as ive jst bort loads of new clothes size 12 so ineed to make sure i fit into them!!! i need a serious big kick up the bum!!! x

Thanks hun im happy 2 be back on it!! its been hard tho! yeah have loads of yummy stuff to eat!! im at photo ahoot 2moz at 3pm n we wont b bk till around 5 im guessing so im not sure what to cook 2moz :/ hmm... might make meatballs yumm

Chris made me sw burgers whilst in labour last week with sw chips & salad... Obv didn't have it in a bun though... Defo reccommend!!! Yummy!!
