Fair dues for resisting breaking your resolve to stay away from the demon drink. Hope it brings a result for tomorrow. I find that drink really weakens my resolve plus alcohol is just empty calories with no decent nutrition in it so it gets converted to fat storage straight off!! At least this is what I tell myself when I am tempted to overindulge.

I always over indulge the day after - and pretty much always carb overload it! :giggle:

Sunday 4th July

B- bran flakes & s.s milk

*1/2 punnet raspberries. 1 nectarine. 4 almonds.

L- cod in butter sauce, lettuce, cucumber.

*ww black cherry yog

D- nothing

*500ml water
*2 black coffee and sweetener
*4 bourbons & dc's.
*4 v&c's

Glad your tootsie is feeling better with the help from your little Bro, it must be nice having him home. How long is he home for?

I have to agree on the portion of sweetcorn, it does look a little too much, but again, I am the older one like the others, but hope it works for you.

Hmm.......Iris, from your comment earlier, it wouldnt surprise me if it was 7lbs, maybe even a little more. Not just the holiday food, but from what I ate yesterday and today will sure to hell shift that needle on the scales lol.
 
Ah it was my little little bro who gave me the tip!
My other brother is fine - he goes back on thursday untill october :( But we have to remember it's his job and he chose to do it and he's bloody good at what he does :)

About to plan out next weeks meals ..... i have 5 portions of bean chilli, one for tonight then 4 for next week. But i don't think i would be ok on bean chilli all week so i'm going to freeze 2.

I also have a summerball to go to on saturday so thats a 3 course meal and i am planning some rose wine that night :D :drool:

L- baked haddock & salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sweetcon & chickpeas.

L- grilled pork chop, lettuce, cucumber tomato, sweetcorn & chickpeas

L&D – 3 course meal at the ball which I have chose:

Starter: Stuffed peppers
Main: Fish of the day – which will come with pots and veggies I imagine.
Desert: Trio of chocolate :drool:

*Rose wine.
*vodka & cokes

Next weekend will be alcoholic as its the summerball, and the following as were off to the horse races, possibly the following as its the bfs birthday.

But, i guess if i can keep my food as good as it has been a few drinks can't be that bad ................ can they? :confused: :confused: :confused:

ah Tanya, you need to live as well sweetie and you have done so well and with your running as well. Look at your food for the past week too...you have been so good and not picking, so I dont think it is as bad as you probably think :D Just Enjoy, be good all week and then have that we drinkypoo at the weekend...YES, YOU DID DO IT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT THOUGH!! So well done on that count !!!
 
I guess a few tonight wont hurt. I just have to crack tomorrow - day after drinking. I will do it girls. Promise :)

The good thing this week is that even without bread, pots, pasta etc i havn't felt hungry!!!! and i feel less bloated - which can only be a positive.

Weigh in in the morning!! :eek: :fingerscrossed: for atleast 1lb!

I am having a few Morgans Spice with Ginger Ale tonight, just for a change, I think I drank too many Voddies on holidays.

Edit to say gone onto vodka as the bf only has a little bourbon left an i don't wana drink anymore else he'll have none left :giggle:
 
Aw don't beat yourself up Tan - you have to live your life too. I bet you still see a decent loss, your food's been sooo good and there's your couch to 5k too!!

haha ... I think if i can keep my food like it has been this week, even if i am 19lbs up i just feel much better within.... does that sound silly?! :giggle:

I have just read up on w4 of couch to 5k and its 3mins running, 90secs walk, 5 minutes run, 2 1/2 mins walk, run 3mins, 90secs walk, 5mins run ............ not sure how im going to cope with the 5mins running but its a proper running plan so i guess it wouldnt be there if you couldnt do it at week 4!

Im with jan ... too much vodka just does not compute! :rotflmao:
 
Doesn't sound silly at all! :)

Dont forget you can repeat a week on the c25k - don't be overdoing it and injuring yourself :) xx
 
Yep I'm going to see how I go on Tuesday with day 1 and if it's too much I will repeat 2 lots of week 3 :) x

So, tonight is one of them nights where alcohol doesnt make me eat :confused: Im swings and roubdabouts .. either i get the munchies which is 90% of the time or i dont ... 10% of the time. How much of tonight is to do with weigh in in the morning being in the back of my mind who knows :tomato:

So, not having my dinner so i have an extra portion of bean chilli in the fridge for the week ....
