You can only but try Tanya!! My friend sent a message on FB today..she is in training for her next Marathon.....18 week program! ahhhhh!!! Oh, how I would so love to do what you are doing...I had a wee look at the program today.....it does inspire to want to get up and do it!

You are doing well and if you have to repeat, so be it! But push as hard as you can :)!!

Cant wait to see how you do tomorrow on WI!!!!
 
I will sweetie - friday when i was running day 3 i thought ya know what if i have to repeat a day or week its ok - atleast i will still be running 6 miles a week! :giggle:

Jan! You always do amazing without exercise! Jealous....me? yes! :giggle:

Morning, well, afternoon guys.

Oh my days! Weigh in today when i got up ..... :eek: i've lost 7lbs!!!!!!!!!!

That has spured me on to no end. I can get this weight off and get back to where i finished tfr! I can i can i can! :)

Although today i've woken up very very shakey, i feel like my legs are going to give way when i walk and my throat feels like its cut on the inside :cry:

Monday 5th July

B- all bran. pineapple.

*solero ice cream :drool:

L- small bowl bean chilli & lf Greek yog.

*apple, nectarine, mullerlight yog.

D- biiiiiiig bowl of cherrios & s.s mill. Foxs choccie biccie

*clementine for work

*1litre dilutable sug free squash
*330ml can ice cold diet lemonade :drool:
*2black coffee with sweetener

hahaha Jan, thats down Monkey Trees where their caravan is and cuz she doesnt have a full length mirror once shes out she stands on the loo and looks in the mirror!! :giggle:

Duno how much of that weight loss is to do with the drinks last night and being 'dehydrated' ..... Next week i am expecting a gain as ive got the summer ball on saturday and i will be on wine! But, im not going to let that deter me!

Its ok - it just hurts when i eat .... maybe a blessing in disguise! Didn't have salad with my chilli, only ate half of it.

No doubt i will be hungry later so i will have some fruit and yogurt.... if my throat allows it! :giggle:
 
Just polished off a biiiiiiig bowl of cheerios and a foxes chocolate biccie :sigh:
 
Aye have stopped. I was feeling mega hungry as I didn't have much for lunch.

I feel like I've eaten alot today but I think the only real bad thing was the biccie :(

Tomorrow = normal routine and run :)
 
but Tanya the biccie isnt bad!!!! remember that....it is when we over indulge and have the whole pkt or get into a bad habit where we eat a biscuit every single day...but a one off, not a problem...you are doing grand girl!! OH, meant to say, your mum looks great.....she is only 2 yrs older than me!! YIKES!!
 
Thanks sweetie but I wanted to be sooo good today as I wanted to crack not having anything bad on a weigh in day and a day after a few drinks. I'm useless :sigh:

I quite enjoyed it, there is still a little bit left, but I dont know if I would rush out to buy it again.

Believe me, after my 2 weeks on vodka diet, you CAN have too much, but no doubt by my 4 days off I will be calling Mr Smirnoff again :p

haha ... I think if i can keep my food like it has been this week, even if i am 19lbs up i just feel much better within.... does that sound silly?! :giggle:

I have just read up on w4 of couch to 5k and its 3mins running, 90secs walk, 5 minutes run, 2 1/2 mins walk, run 3mins, 90secs walk, 5mins run ............ not sure how im going to cope with the 5mins running but its a proper running plan so i guess it wouldnt be there if you couldnt do it at week 4!

Im with jan ... too much vodka just does not compute! :rotflmao:

Well done on the loss Tanya, that's fantastic! You deserve it though cos you're working so hard.

You really do look like your mum don't you? She looks great.
