hahahha Jan seriously don't feel like you are nagging i never look at it like that. Shall see how i feel later and the crackers & cottage cheese might get opened ;) All depends what time i have lunch! :)

Change of plan for this evening ......... been shopping and i bought myself trout stuffed with ricotta and spinach!!!! I cannot wait to try this!!! :D :D

Girls got myself some ryvita wholegrain crackerbread and some cottage cheese with red pepper and sweet chilli.
 
That cottage cheese sounds nice Tanya, is it a new variety? Will look into that for myself when I come off this.

oh, I like the sound of that too...not sure about the Trout though. I find it far too fishy..hhaha..I know, I know, it is fish and it should be fishy, but it is just too fishy for me!!! Did I say fishy too many time :)

Just had my trout - was delish apart from the few bones i found. And maybe the ricotta was a little too much! But will defo have trout again :D

Im considering doing my runs in the mornings now to enable me to get better sleeps - might see how it goes this week. Although tomorrows will be in the afternoon and my other two thursday morning and friday morning :)

You seem right back on track with your food today. I always admire your ability to let go and then get right back on track. Great focus, bottle it and sell it!!!

Still it's four or five days to row back and undo any damage. Stay positive, if you tell yourself you are heading for a gain then you will unconsciously reach for another bickie. So instead, tell yourself you will STS at worst and at best show a loss. All things are possible!
