(forgot to write last night, the proms are now well americanized! My brother said they even crowned a prom king and queen!! None of that when i was there!!)

Today i weighed myself ..... +3lbs.
Does alcohol really dehydrate you that much? Or is it ive only had 5 hours sleep? Or the more likely im just a heffer! :sigh: Flippin scales. Glad im not weighing monday after tonights shenanigans with the Rose.

Saturday 10th July

B- cheerios & s.s milk.

*banana

L&D - 3 course meal at the ball:

Starter: Stuffed peppers
Main: salmon - i reckon it will come with veggies & pots and a high calorie sauce! Wont touch the pots.
Desert: Trio of chocolate

*1 black coffee & sweetener
*plenty of rose & maybe even some vodka!

Tanya, hope you had a great night out. Worry about the gain later. Alcohol is "empty calories" as in there is no nutritional value in it, therefore the body converts these calories into fat storage straight off. I have a STS week this week exactly for the same reason, too much vino!!

Bloomin lovely evening
Polished off a bottle of wine before going out, then had another bottle there then got bought 2 glasses of rose

I don't ever want rose wine again!!!!

I did have 3 baby pots last night at the ball - and i mean they were tiny!!!!!!

Don't have many pics at the minute as my friend had the camera although i took a couple on my phone. The theme was masquerade but i didnt have a mask - cant stand em lol Here's the pics i do have ....

Food today then

Sunday 11th July

B- 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, small slice of cheddar - all grilled with 1 poached egg.

*packet walkers crisp
*10 minstrels

L- 1 meriangue nest, 1/2 ww peach yog, 1/2 punnet raspberries :drool: (even the bf liked this!!)

D- chinese takeaway!! but :drool:

Mary, fancy lending me that halo for the day?!!! :giggle:

Forgot to mention girls, last night there was a raffle ..... i won a baking set! How fitting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :giggle: 15 piece silicon baking set; 2 square ones, 1 circle one and 12 cupcake mouls in shapes of hearts, stars, circle & squares! Pretty darn cool!!!!
