Ok, having a couple of malibus & d.c's and also another packet of walkers.

Trying to decide what to have from the chinese tonight ......?!

Jan and I are on the Mr Smirnoff - well actually mine is Mr Red Square tonight.

Mine is very rarely smirnoff ....usually Glens or the supermarkets on ... im a cheap ass girl!

I usually buy the big 1.5litre bottle for around £20 im sure thats just a supermarkets own

I only ever have smirnoff if i have a couple of my dad's vodka! :giggle:

Ladies, at least drink is cheaper in the UK. It is very pricey in Ireland. You all seem to be on a drink fest tonight!!!! Tut tut!!! but enjoy!!!!!!!!!!! I've a very busy day tomorrow, week in fact so am on the dry, can't be doing with a hangover this week.

Aaah it was Smirnoff at the club, then Red Square once I was home.

I just get the basic supermarket's own which is about £8 for a bottle, unless there's a special offer on. There was a lovely russian one who's name escapes me, on offer for a while in Sains & Asda for £10 instead of about 14 - it was worth the difference when on offer but not at the full price. Stolichnaya is my favourite but doesn't happen often!! xx

yum! fully enjoyed my chinese. Ate the whole foo yung and 3 pork balls. had about 5 chips of my dads and a few prawn crackers too. Finished off with a slice of lemon cake.

Bad day well and truely over. Back to it tomorrow

The chinese sounded lovely. I am happy to announce that I stuck to my vow and didnt eat anything else last night.

Thank goodness the voddie munchies have GONE. Hope they dont return tomorrow after the Monday Club.

All good today girls, except coco pops for brekkie :giggle:

Woke up around 10:30 feeling very sick and had massive stomach cramps. Went back to bed and woke up again at 3:30 and i feel fine and danday

Got to go shopping today too so will get some crackers and cottage cheese for the days when i run. My toe is still very sore but im guna have to perservere (sp?) this week. Need to get all 3 done!

Alsoooooooo realised i'm off to the races on sunday so lots of alcohol involved so will weigh myself sunday morning this week.

Monday 12th July

B- coco pops & s.s milk

*1 meriangue nest

L- baked trout stuffed with ricotta & spinach & lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn & chickpeas. ww yog.

D- 3 choc chip cookies (was going to have crackers but not after them!) and an apple.

*1/2 kit kat chunky
*1 cracker bread with cottage cheese with red pepper and sweet chilli

*clemintine in work

*1.5 litre water
*3 black coffee with sweetener

You're back to only 2 meals? ... You can't call an apple and a yog a meal. That's a long time through the night with only a clemantine honeybunch. (I know ... nagnagnagnagnagnagnagnagnagnagnagnagnag ) xx
