Well done Tanya...you are doing brilliantly with the running - go girl!

Feel like my day has been a bit picky but calorie wise i think its ok :S x

hi tanya ive just had a quick look through your last few posts and see your doing well with you running..go girl!

obviously i dont know what running gear your using when you go out but it is def worth considering investing in a skort? i dont know if your like me but i cant stand getting hot and ive found that if you run wearing one of these, well theyre fantastic. you get the wind around your legs, but also safe in the knowledge that your not showing your backside cause the skirt has shorts sewn underneath. you dont get hot at all in these and they are reasonably easy to find in sportshops. i started out running in long joggers but quickly progressed to shorts then found skorts on the internet.

hope i didnt ramble too much there lol

h xx

Tanya, maybe set a target for next year for the Plymouth half marathon and maybe do it with your dad for support. I'm sure he'd be happy to help. Keep up the good work.

Hubby just saw your new before and after pic and said "seriously, is that the same person?" He says you've done fantastic!!

Reporting a 1lb loss. Couldnt wait any longer! I do feel a little dissapointed. With what im eating and running i feel like it should be a little more - am i being greedy!? :sigh: The only thing i can think of is that (sorry if this is too much info) is that i only 'go' to the toilet once maybe twice a week - even with eating all bran every morning. That or the crackers  Oh i just don't know

Still, its 1lb less i have to lose.
Tomorrow will possibly involve some alcohol ....Monday is 'day off' as its the bfs birthday - Toy Story 3 and a meal ;)

We've quite a few bananas left over this week that noone (except me!) will eat as the skin is going brown .. fussy lot .. so might make a nice banana bread/loaf to keep me busy....

Food today:

Saturday 24th July

B- all bran & s.s milk

L- 3crackers with brussels pate. slice of extra strong cheddar. apple.

D- pork chop stir fry (mushrooms, cabbage, onions, bean sprouts)

*2 banana, chocolate nut cake bar i made
*1 chewy spearamint

*500ml water
*1 black coffee & sweetener

*7 rum & pepsi max (i am having small 'home' measures i swear!)
