Haha how cute is that picture!!!

It annoys me that I will be doing that forever and if I don't I'll end up fat again which is worse than this but i wana be one if them people that eats what they want and not put on weight!

Geez what a moaner I am today!

I think I've decided to use up the shakes, at least for the rest of this week anyways so hopefully the gain won't be too bad Monday. Then I'll see how I feel Monday. Again, going back to the comfort of shakes :( :sigh:

Not only that I've got just 10days until 9days off work with 5days in Newquay! Then my skydive and a wedding ... Flippen heck I can see myself well and truly into the obese category by the middle if august that's for sure!

It IS a sentence!! You're sentencing yourself to being obese!! What's up with ya girl??!! You get what you think about - whether you want it or not. You really do need to turn your thoughts around to attract what you want into your life.
You want to be slim - think slim. I guarantee if you continue with the sentiment of that last sentence in your head you will make it come true - unconsciously - but it will happen nevertherless.

Come on kiddo ... you know you're stronger than this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What Jan said with bells on!! Tanya, the simple fact is none of us can go back to our old eating habits. If we tend to put on weight then we have to learn to moderate our lifestyle. If you start using up the shakes etc then you are getting into a yoyo situation.
Why not try having three decent meals a day with two snacks. If you eat three good meals you will feel less hungry than you imagine. It does work.
Dont let this beat you, you are better than that.
 
Ok - slim thoughts from now on ... maybe! :giggle: I will atleast try. I just see everyone eating chocolate, crisps, sandwiches, chips etc all the time and yet they're not putting on weight. It really frustrates me. The bf gets a takeaway pretty much every weekend and always stays the same weight :mad: I try to talk to him about it and he just tells me to stop being so silly and im not fat. :mad:

Even with going back to the shakes it'll be no different as im just yo-yoing now!

I can't fit 3 meals in a day without feeling like im gorging on food as i only have around 8-10hours or so before i go to work from the time i get up - just enough time for a breakkie and lunch. And theres no way i will eat in work unless im in on overtime. I know that sounds just like an excuse but i just couldnt get into the habit of squashing 3 meals into just 10 hours without feeling like im pigging out.

Will see how i feels tomorrow. Going to do c25k w6d1 tomorrow after getting up so i might need something more than a shake :rolleyes:

awww....Tanya, come on sweetie....look at your stats!!! over 100lbs lost - achievement or what, but I know, right now, you cant see it.

thinking of you, and just hoping you are able to pull yourself up out of how you feel; it will come.

Decided not to venture back to the shakes. I really don't need to and i can pull this back :)

If I think I can't then I wont. If I think I can then I will :rolleyes:

Blagged me some overtime tonight so am starting at 10pm so will take some dinner with me for my meal break.

Wednesday 28th July

C25k w6d1 ... i struggled today so that will teach me to leave such a long gap in between! It felt like a step back today though - but when i was running i wanted to walk then when i was walking it felt like i should be running ... i guess thats cuz end of week 5 was a full straight run of 20mins and now week 6 is building you to a full straight run of 25mins on day 3 :eek:

B- banana. fruit & fibre s.s milk (mmm made a really nice change to all bran)

L- baked chicken with black pepper. few slices of ham. Broad beans. teaspoon pickle.

*lf yog

D- tin of tuna mixed with a little LF salad cream. 2 boiled eggs. 1 tomato.

*apple

*1.5 litre water
*3 black coffee & sweetener

Loving the fact you are going to run for 25 mins straight!!! WAW....I am up to 4mins run, 4 mins walk and it knackers me ;-)!

I don't think you'd be human if you sailed straight through all the c25k stages Tan ... lots of people repeat weeks. You're doing grand girl!

More overtime today - starting at 10pm again :D I love doing this. Feels like much more of a routine! Wish they would just give me permanent hours! :rolleyes:

*C25k w6d2. Struggled like hell today :(

B- banana. crunchy bran & s.s milk

L- grilled pork chop. 30g cheddar cheese. ham slices. broad beans. teaspoon pickle.

*mullerlight yog

D- tin of tuna mixed with lf salad cream. 2 boiled eggs. 1 tomato.

*apple

*500ml water
*500ml dilutable sf orange squash
*2 black coffee & sweetener

I am doing my Couch to 5k tonight, I have not done it since Monday due to various reasons, I will probably struggle too chick.

Good menu again today.
 
Its horrible having such a big break in between! Im already not looking forward to getting back to it after my week away! :eek: Good luck with it chuck let me know how ya get on :) xx
 
Tanya, looks like you have got your mojo back. I see you have three good meals in for today. If you can keep to that and just have two small snacks, you will see a difference. I have been doing this mostly and it keeps me straight 90% of the time.

It was okay, but dont forget, I am still just doing week 1 because I am going away. I probably wont have another chance to do any more before I go.

Couch to 5k week 6 complete!!!!!!!

Holy Moly!!!! Can't believe it! I'm 2/3rds of the way through.

After running last week in the mornings after work and running this week in the afternoons just after getting up i felt like last week was much better for me. I had more energy and a better mentality. So think im going to stick to my running after work in the mornings :D

Friday 30th July

*c25k w6d3 :)

B- banana. fruit & fibre s.s milk

L- baked haddock and 1 'baked' tomato. 1boiled egg. ham slices. 30g cheddar cheese. teaspoon pickle.

*lf yog.

D- polony slices & 1 boiled egg.

*apple in work
*1 square dark (85%) chocolate

*1litre water
*2 black coffee & sweetener
*mouthfull of pepsi

Thats best Tanya, stick to the time that suits you best hun.

I know I feel best when I do it straight after a dayshift, I struggle less then.
 
Well done and Congratulations Tanya.....I bet you would never have believed it if someone had said to you a few months ago that you would be at this point!!!!!

Your food looks really substantial as well :)
 
Yup mary - mornings it is for me! :D And not only that first one is always tuesday so it will be monday after work so that will make me feel less "blurgh" as i always feel "blurgh" on a monday after weekend food and drink! :giggle:

Thanks iris. Ive been trying to stick to protein but cant give up the fruit and my brekkie! :giggle:
