I have totally forgotten to have my 2nd shake, well, soup. It is not like me to forget food!!!! :giggle:
I have to go to work in 15mins too!

Guna scrap it for today i really don't have time now. My apple will do for work.

Well that's exactly what I said ... (OOOO Tan - you and I are soooo on the same wavelengths ... even if they are 30 years apart ) And my baby boy - well he's 32 but he's MY baby boy said that ch5 have bought the company and Davina belongs to the company .... now don't shoot me if it's not gospel but that's the best info I have as of tonight xxxxx

And, just checked - front door well and truly SHUT!!! xxx

Wednesday 25th August

B- strawberry shake

L- baked river cobbler with some lemon & herbs on (found it quite bland yesterday even with pepper), matchbox size piece of cheddar and salad - lettuce, cucumber, tom, red onion, orange pepper, grated carrot, elf mayo.

D- soup

*red grapes
*apple

*1litre water so far
*2 black coffee with sweetener

Yeah - I'm not too keen on the plain river cobbler. I like the smoked or the lightly dusted.

Watched X Factor on Sunday - completely forgot about it on Saturday!! xx
