:happy036:fabby news on your loss!! Well done!! xx

Well done Tan :D:D

Nothing stopping you keeping on with shakes for breakfast if that's what does it for you is there? They don't have to be LT ones do they? Keep it up hon.

And as for men and the amount they can drink .... well .... annoying as it is, think how expensive it would be if we could do the same ;)

Hope you're enjoying Dermot's kecks ;) xx

:rotflmao: I seriously don't know how the bf is wide awake! :giggle:

I do enjoy the shakes for brekkie - not a good option really but still :sigh: At the minute i think its keeping me straight :giggle:

I'm not sure it's a 'bad' option - if it works for you, helps you keep on track and has all the nutrients ... why not?? xx

I dont suppose its bad if it makes me feel alright :)
hahahahaah whatever coolio just opened (bottle of coke by the looks of it) and it blew up in his face! ha! :rotflmao: hheheeeh

Off to bed now, need a good sleep tonight. Speak tomorrow girls :) mwah xx :) x

You must be so proud of him!!!!! He and his pals do a great job in this world. Boy does he look fit!!! Wish i were a teenager again!!!

OMG check out the BODS on them!!! My fella's one of the old boys now, not one of the young thrusters anymore lol. What company is your bro in do you know?

It's lovely to see these photos - he looks really fit btw ;) there's a part of me that finds them a bit scary though  xx hope you know what I mean xx

Know exactly what ya mean jan :)

Princess mr bro is in B coy, 5troop......what about your royal?

I am so very proud of him and extremely proud that my younger brother is following his footsteps, no matter how scary this war is :(

Still, just 3 sleeps untill we can say he is home next month! :D

C coy, 7tp
Gawd, you'll end up with two of them in there then?? One's bad enough :sigh: xx

I know :( but neither of them have wanted to do anything different and both joined the cadets as soon as they could. It's their dream and as much as I don't "like" it it's all they have wanted to do and I would never discourage them from their dreams :)

Intact my youngest bro goes for his 3day course thing on the 7th!!!!

Although not without it's obvious risks :( it is a fab job.

Guararnteed pay, food and roof over your head. Getting paid to see the world and play with loud toys (they never grow out of that bit) :).

Then retire whilst you're still young on a good pension :).

Mine's only got ten years left, he retires @ 40.

Starting his Sgts course when this tour and POTL has finished :)
