I think its cuz they make the biscuit barrel look messy!
and i am
very ocd with the cupboards and having things in neat lines, making sure all the chocolate and biscuits are stacked the same and in their own piles. Glasses and plates have to be stacked in a certain way ...... im sounding more and more weird arent i?! I'll shut up ... :giggle:
Monday 27th September
B- I got breakfast in bed today & a healthy one at that! Small tin of pineapple, chopped up apple & bananna.
L- 2 slices sorreen with butter. packet wotsits.
D- salmon stir fry.
*2 biccies & a mouthfull of milk chocolate
*1/2 kit kat chunky
*slimfast pretzels
*1/2 packet skittles
*slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter
*250ml pepsi max
*1.5litre water
So this week will only get 2 runs in. My thighs were so sore on saturday but no pain no gain. Getting my hair done today - finally my roots are not nice! :giggle: So runs will be tuesday and wednesday and i think i might try week 2 which is 3x 15minute runs and then next week i will do week 2 again but do all 3 days and complete the week.
Edit: Got my new scales today!!!
arty0049: They are brill and also weigh in 1/4lbs. There is a few lbs difference to the old ones and a 7lbs difference compared to the wii - same as my old needle ones - but as am now going by just this new set i will change my tracker. Today it weighed me at 12st 13lbs and 3/4
I can't help think but really its not its only 12st 5lbs and i am only 15lbs off being back to where i want to be for 9th november but hey ho, One set of scales and im sticking to them.
That means now gotta lose 21lbs in 5 weeks ... ha!

But next official weigh in will be the 9th as am away this saturday - grandad is getting remarried!! but will hop on friday morning before going just to keep in check
