HA!!! Call that a binge??!!! Wimp!! ;) :D

I don't think that's all that bad in the grand scheme Tan ... gotta pull back a wee bit though doncha think? ;)

Oh yeah .... and those laws regarding things like having to eat the bits of sponge .... there is another one which states that broken biscuits are fine to eat - you see when they break the calories all fall out ..... ;) xx
 
haha defo pulling back - ive been good all week felt fab but today it went to pot!!!!!! :sigh:

Broken biscuits ... urgh! I'm a strange one and can only eat a whole biscuit - i even throw all the broken ones in the bin. Just can't stand em! lol x

I think its cuz they make the biscuit barrel look messy! :rotflmao: and i am very ocd with the cupboards and having things in neat lines, making sure all the chocolate and biscuits are stacked the same and in their own piles. Glasses and plates have to be stacked in a certain way ...... im sounding more and more weird arent i?! I'll shut up ... :giggle:

Monday 27th September

B- I got breakfast in bed today & a healthy one at that! Small tin of pineapple, chopped up apple & bananna.

L- 2 slices sorreen with butter. packet wotsits.

D- salmon stir fry.

*2 biccies & a mouthfull of milk chocolate
*1/2 kit kat chunky
*slimfast pretzels
*1/2 packet skittles
*slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter

*250ml pepsi max
*1.5litre water

So this week will only get 2 runs in. My thighs were so sore on saturday but no pain no gain. Getting my hair done today - finally my roots are not nice! :giggle: So runs will be tuesday and wednesday and i think i might try week 2 which is 3x 15minute runs and then next week i will do week 2 again but do all 3 days and complete the week.

Edit: Got my new scales today!!! :party0049: They are brill and also weigh in 1/4lbs. There is a few lbs difference to the old ones and a 7lbs difference compared to the wii - same as my old needle ones - but as am now going by just this new set i will change my tracker. Today it weighed me at 12st 13lbs and 3/4 :eek: I can't help think but really its not its only 12st 5lbs and i am only 15lbs off being back to where i want to be for 9th november but hey ho, One set of scales and im sticking to them.

That means now gotta lose 21lbs in 5 weeks ... ha! :( :cry:

But next official weigh in will be the 9th as am away this saturday - grandad is getting remarried!! but will hop on friday morning before going just to keep in check :)

Here's me rest of week plan. Seems silly to do it for 3 days but i like it wrote down so i can refer back to it.

Today i made a one pot slow cooker dish. Just cut up chicken breasts with some cumin, corriander & tumeric. 2 tins of toms (one with added garlic), red kidney beans and haricot beans. Sorted. This will last me my 3 days this week that im here.


Tuesday 28th September - Run

B- 2 egg 1 egg white omelette with ham.

L- slowcooker chicken & stir fried veg.

D- apple


Wednesday 29th September - Run

B- 2 egg 1 egg white omelette with ham

L- slowcooker chicken & steamed veg.

D- apple


Thursday 30th September

B- all bran & s.s milk

L/D – slow cooker chicken & steamed veg.

As for those scales - that's a heck of a difference and your other two are so similar ... I think that's a bit suspicious meself. How different were yours from the chemist's when you were TFRing? They could be faulty ya know! I know it's obvious but you're not on carpet are you! Sure you're not.
I'd be checking them out if I were you. A few bags of spuds or whatever, weigh 'em on all 3 and see what the difference is. xx

Yep, the wii is on carpet Jan! The other two are on the bathroom floor which is that plasticy lino type stuff.

I never weighed myself on the needle scales after tfr but from my last weigh in at the chemist i was 11st 6.5 and i got straight on the wii when i got home and was 11st 3 ....

Good idea though, i'm off to check the new bathroom scales make sure they are correct. Im sure we've a bag of sugar lurking around here somewhere :)

Edit: Just been and checked the new scales with bags of flour - they are defo correct. Can't check the wii one right now but shall do it tomorrow.

Can I rub off some of your positivity for myself. You are really in great focus at the moment. Menus planned out, food prepared, runs planned, new scales all set and ready to go!!! That's the way to do it. I'm needing to refocus this week but just can't work up to it!!!
Is your new scales a digital one?? If it is, it prob is the most accurate unless the battery is faulty. Always use it on a flat surface as you get a better reading. Don't worry if it is showing you a wee bit heavier. Just use it as your weigh point from now on. We're all behind you to make the Nov target. If you stay as strong as you have been lately, you will easily get most of the way there.

"focused" should be your middle name because once you put your mind to anything you do it. Always remember that, when ever a little doubt creeps into your mind.

Had a packet of slimfast pretzels in work - picked them up at tesco - why do we always buy something else when we only go in for one thing?! :giggle: 1/2 a packet of skittles and i had a slice of toast when i got home with peanut butter as left work early!

Thats it. Seriously no more bread for me. Its such a downfall! And i think i can safely say my chocolate binge is over!

Feel a little bit blurgh :( today. Didn't want to get up. Don't want to go for my run. Don't want to go to work. Want to hibernate ............. lol

Edit: Run went great today. Really enjoyed and it got me out of my blurgh mood - even though i got absolutly drenched as it rained the whole time from when i started running!!!!

Tan, I love bread too and I have to stop myself buying the huge Tiger loaf they sell in Tesco cos I would scoff the lot :eek:.
I've always wanted a bread maker too, not gonna happen.

What do you put in your slowcooker chicken?, I'm always looking for ideas to feed the family.

Oh no! :( :fingerscrossed: you run them in pretty quick then. The running is ok - last week my thighs really hurt but i did up the running an extra 10mins. This week its 3x 15minute runs :eek: I have a feeling my thighs arent guna like me again! :giggle:

What do you put in your slowcooker chicken?, I'm always looking for ideas to feed the family.

I bung anything and everything in :giggle: Yesterday i just put in what i had lying around. 2 chicken breasts, 1/2tsp each of cumin, corriander & tumeric, 2 tins of beans and 2 tins of tomatoes.

Just vary it up - use different spices & herbs etc. I love it now that its back here at the house its just sooooooooo easy to bung it all in and leave it whilst i sleep! :rotflmao:
 
I think you're a star (and a tad potty ;)) the way you're keeping up with you're running despite the way you were feeling and the rain. You really do put me to shame.... keep it up girl :):D:) xx

I'm going to start at the gym again after these night shifts.

I've never used a slow cooker before, are they good? They sound it. And you can literally shove anything you want in them? xx

Jan, me mum said I was mad for running in the rain then told me to get my clothes off asap before I catch a cold LOL mothers! Lol xx
 
Far be it from me to undermine a mother's comments ;) but ... whilst being wet can lower your resistance, you can't actually catch that cold unless you're in contact with somebody with the virus!!!!

However - if it had been one of mine I probably would have said something very similar ;) ... it's a Mum thing :D xx
