I know s10b! :eek: No fear - I will be good all weekend got no cupboards or fridge i can just run to! :rotflmao:

I've just had a fight with my hair bev! Stressed me right out. Not allowed it in a pony tail it has to be in a tight bun at the bottom of our heads (so our hat goes on) and my hair is very thin and has lots of layers so ive got lots of sticky out bits and it doesnt even go into a bun! :mad: Im leaving it as is.

Well, im leaving in 50mins - we have to arrive between 4 and 6 so get there early we've been told as "uniform will never fit and you'll have to go back and change something"

I am so happy for you. You worked so hard to get this Tanya and I hope it lives up to your expectations. You deserve to enjoy the whole experience. Good luck for the weekend and don't stress over anything just take it in your stride.
Well done on achieiving a worthy ambition.

Well done on your achievements with your running, you really have put everything into it, and you have done FANTASTIC. Half marathon training soon eh - you go girl.

Had a fab weekend girls. Everyone was absolutly lovely. We all got on so well. Every meal time we all felt completly comfortable to sit with whoever and I never shared a table with the same people at any of the meal times. This weekend was just literature stuff. I felt so relaxed i even spoke up plenty of times in discussions etc. Was brill :)

Didn't have one alcoholic drink. Went to the pub friday night had a diet coke and then saturday a few of us just mingled in the common room, had our tesco munch and watched strictly, xfactor and then piers morgan :)

Food, i have documented it all - don't think i have done too bad its just now that i'm home :doh: so here goes:

Saturday

B- 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 wholemeal toast with flora and hp sauce.

L- cottage pie, peas & salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe, beetroot & tbsp coleslaw.

D- (had to pop to the tescos) 1/2 philiadeliphia light & roasted red pepper sandwich, packet of transformer snacks, banana, carrot battons & a chicken skewer thingy - the fridge raider thingy - was only 91cals.

Sunday

B- 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 wholemeal toast with hp sauce.

L- it was roast but i didnt fancy it so I had a veggie grill thingy (basically veggies & potato patted together and grilled) and i just had broccoli & carrots with it. 2 scoops of custard.

Then i got home :eek:

D- 1 wholemeal roll with light philli with sweet chilli, 1 slice corned beef 1 slice turkey breast. 2 bourbon biccies.

*haribo's
*7 segments of terrys chocolate orange
*cheese doritos with salsa
*scoop of icecream
*slice of pizza

Cant wait to get back to running this week and try out the new trainers. If im up to it tomorrow i think i will do w4d1 tomorrow but i need sleep tonight and a looooooooong one!!

Ha ha at you coming home to your fridge, so glad you had a good time. Don't know what you were away training for though as i'm a newbie. ?

100% day .... were on!!!! :) Infact here is my plan for tomorrow ....

B- toasted teacake & icbinb light
L- i shall get some salad stuff tomorrow at shopping so salad.
D- chicken strognoff sains bgty meal

*have some fruit throughout the day.

Brilliant sleep girls. But i have been so ill today. Took 1 ducolax last night so i knew i'd have stomach cramps today but i woke up at midday and was sat on the toilet and all of a sudden i felt really dizzy, like i was guna faint and i was cold but i had sweat litterally dripping off of me!!!!!!!! I am ok now but i still don't feel 100% .... thinking of taking a couple of days off work :confused:

Fraid not Bev! I wish though!!!! We have to do 4 training weekends, introduction, 2 officer saftety and an IT weekend and then we get sworn in on the 19th of decemeber and so I will have all the powers of a regular office on the 19th and will be able to get out there!! :D Already there is talk if we are able to work new years eve!!!! :giggle:

Today has been ok food wise - not 100% good though s10b sorry :eek: but defo from tomorrow - back to running again tomorrow also :)

Monday 25th October

B- 1.5 toasted tea cakes with icbinb light

L- i picked at 2 boubon biccies and 2 teaspoons of the bfs icecream and 4slices of polony.

D- sains bgty chicken strognoff with rice meal.

*apple & yog later before work

*500ml dilutable sug free juice
*200ml pepsi max
*500ml water

Tuesday 26th October – Run

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge & s.s milk

*banana

L- Turkey mince bolognaise made with obv turkey mince, courgettes & red onion lf bol sauce with wholewheat pasta twirls. Lf yog.

D- meal replacement bar


Wednesday 27th October – Run

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge

*banana

L- Turkey mince bolognaise (same as yesterday) & maybe wholewheat pasta twirls. Lf yog.

D- meal replacement shake


Thursday 28th October

B- 2 egg 1 egg white omelette with polony

L- baked chicken breast & steamed veg. lf yog.

D- meal replacement shake


Friday 29th October – Run

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge

*banana

L- 2 grilled pork loins & steamed veg. lf yog.

D- meal replacement bar

Hi hun, hope your ok! I used to get dizzy on tfr so i know its not nice, hope your not coming down with another bug.
Managed my 100% day plus a few sweets, same again tommorrow!!
 
Im ok now - but just got a dull ache all over my stomach.. Not sure whether its something i ate yesterday or what. Im sure it'll be alright tomorrow.

Even if it aint, im still running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :giggle:
 
You take it easy Tanya if you still aren't feeling OK. Don't want you dropping during your run. Hope you're feeling better today though!
 
Glad to see you are feeling a little better, but as Bev says, just take it easy hun, done be going over-doing things.

Your week plans looks absolutely brilliant.

Its really dark and miserable here today - not raining at the minute - but this is the weather i love to run in :p

Little aprehensive about my run today - its 3x 18minute runs with 2x 1minute walks in between. And after not running for a week who knows whats guna happen - but im so eager to get back out there and run :fingerscrossed: i'll do ok.

Tuesday 26th October

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge & s.s milk

*banana after run

L- turkey mince bolognaise with courgettes, red onion & mushrooms (lf bol sauce) and 100g cooked wholewheat pasta twirls. 20g grated cheddar over the top.

*couple slices of polony
*1 apple & 5 red grapes

D- 2 yog coated go ahead bars (forgot my meal replacement bar tonight)

*2 slices chicken breast after work :doh:

*2litre water

Edit: Run was fab. Trainers were heaven. It was like running on air!!! :giggle: My toes didn't hurt once!!!!!!!! :D :D :D A very good investment and im glad i opted for the whole size bigger. Dont want to jinx it too soon so shall say no more :)

You only get what you pay for Tanya, and some things are definitely worth paying that little extra for. Glad they feel good for you.
 
Sounds like your run was brill what with the heavenly new trainers! Glad they were worth that bit extra.
