Hi Tanya... Cadbury world?? Nooooo! Can you imagine the smell in that place omg. Maybe you will be sickened from the smell and hate chocolate forever after...or maybe not :p.
I am also maybe joining you with this running lark, if my knees are up to it, i'll keep you posted. xx

Edit: Changed my dinner tonight. Now having a bowl of chicken tikka masala (lf cooking sauce) with steamed veggies instead of rice.

It's the shop at the end im worried about as apparantly they sell stuff you can't buy in a regular shop .... i know i'm guna want to try 1 of everything!!!!! :rolleyes:

Oh get this girls!!! I get a phonecall from my brother 6pm tonight .... "Tan, i wana cook leanne a nice meal for tonight so can you come to sainsburys with me help me chose the ingredients then come back to mine and cook it" ..... :rotflmao: Got to love him! So that's what i've been doing all evening. Made them prawn cocktail for starters, chicken on a bed of cabbage leaves with peppers & ratatouille provencale and fruit and whipped cream meriangue nests for deserts.

She is never going to believe that he did it - which is what he's going to tell her!!!!!!! LOL :p

I will try and keep a record of food over this weekend - although i will admit now i do have some pick n mix and some branston pickle cheddars for lunch on the train tomorrow ;) :eek:
 
Being with child hopefully in next 6 months ;) we'll just have to wait n see.

I'm under strict instructions not to text or facebook him tonight as she'll know so I've gotta wait till tomo to find out if she liked it! Lol

Just came on quickly to report my weigh in for this week .....

Maybe the body needed a change in diet, what with having porridge, pasta & potatoe in the week or its from my run yesterday. Either way it whacked a smile on my face. I got on and off 3 times to triple check and each time same result! ;)

Had a brilliant time! :) Hotel was fab - got a king size bed ;) !!!!!!! A-maze-ing! We have decided when we do eventually get our own place that is top of the list! LOL I didn't get elbowed or squashed once last night! :rotflmao:

The factory was brill. Didn't see any of it being made which i was a little bit dissapointed about. Saw the packaging plant and there is an area where you see them making the hand made treats which are brill and sold there in the shop only. The smell is absolutly out of this world!!!!! :drool: ..... got free curly wurly, buttons & dairy milk bar. Also got a free tasting thingy bobby where you chose a 'sweet' ... i had midget gems then they pour in the liquid chocolate and you get the little tub of it. Divine!

Have eaten far too much. Had a picky day saturday - sausage sarnie for brekkie, crisps, pick n mix on the train and had wagamama's for tea. Today was sausages, bacon, hashbrown, crossiant, banana for brekkie. Obv plenty of chocolate ;) and a subway for lunch/dinner. Also had a krispy kreme butterscotch donut!!!

Am a little peckish and tempted to shove some chips on :eek: But very happy to report ...... NO ALCOHOL!!!! :party0049:

Aw you had a fabby mini holiday then. Didnt know you were going away. I bet the smell was gorgeous, didn't put you off after all? Yum to the melty chocolate -i'm jealous!
 
The fact you've had no alcohol will make any damage from the weekend much less Tan - well done you! Sounds like you had a wonderful time. Imho a kingsize bed is an absolute must when you're sharing permanently!

Glad you enjoyed yourself. Incidentally John has a bit of a dispute over how much leave he's got left in work which is why I haven't yet said any more about December. I'll let you know as soon as I know. xx
 
Ok Jan. The weekend you mentioned I will be in Exeter either the saturday or sunday anyways as that is a training day - its the first aid course which is only a day course but they've yet to decide whether theyre doing it on the saturday or the sunday.

Had a sneaky look on the scales this am - not too bad.
Wont be a weigh in this week as its my first weekend of training for the specials this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! I can't actually believe its here!!!! :eek: It's just an introductory weekend so i reckon full of admin, getting to know everyone and background knowledge i reckon. But I have a meeting this evening at one of the stations here just to chose what station i want to be placed and go through some stuff over the weekend.

Food today :eek:

Monday 18th October

B- 1 slice of wholemeal toast with icbinb light & strawberry jam. 2 bites of bfs toast with peanut butter on.

L- polony & cheese roll. Jam donut. 3 bits of chocolate from a bag of 'mis sorts' bought yesterday.

*packet doritos
*picked at some liquorice allsorts throughout the day

D- Plate of chips - deep fried but they tasted sooooo good! With a little grated cheese.

*will take an apple to work

*500ml orange & watermelon juice

Here's this weeks food.

Tuesday 19th October

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge

*banana after run

L- baked chicken with ½ baked sweet potatoe & steamed brussel sprouts. Lf yog.

D- meal replacement bar


Wednesday 20th October

B- 2 egg 1 egg white omelette with ham

*banana after run

L- baked chicken with ½ baked sweet potatoe & roasted courgette. Lf yog.

D- meal replacement bar


Thursday 21st October

B- 2 egg 1 egg white omelette with ham

L- 2 grilled pork loins, steamed brussel sprouts & roasted courgette. Lf yog.

D- meal replacement bar


Friday 22nd October

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge

*banana after run

L- sweet jacket potatoe with dry friend chicken breast mixed with elf mayo.

D- Off to Exeter for my first weekend of training and so there is food provided which is buffet style I believe.

*food over the weekend is provided so will try to make the best of whats available. I won't be drinking either.
 
Hi Tanya, how did your brothers meal go? Did she guess it wasnt him?
Menu looks good this week, making up for the chocolate factory visit (still jealous) x
