The meal went fab, she loved it but knew he didn't do it so he told her i helped :giggle:

Sounds good Jan!!!!!! Like i say, training day will either be the saturday or sunday - i'll keep my fingers crossed for the sunday as i'll already be there then but if not i dont mind driving up again :D OMG!!! This is actually guna happen isnt it!! :giggle:

Today my run - what a diaster! Everything that couldve went wrong did. Woke up, didn't feel like it but went anyways. Needed a poo within the first 5 mins. Then my toes started to hurt (i defo need new trainers) then my left shin was in agony. Then my iphone just stopped playing music and the running application just stopped all together. It just wasnt meant to be today. So I managed a 30minute run - better than nothing i suppose.

Will redo w4d1 tomorrow - toes dependant! :giggle:

Food wise :eek:

Tuesday 19th October

B- oatsosimple cinnamon porridge & s.smlk

*banana after run
*packet sweet chilli sains bgty cassavva snacks
*few liquorice all sorts
*2 squares dark galaxy chocolate

L- baked chicken breast, small baked sweet potatoe & brussel sprouts.

*2 shortbread biccies :doh: - it really isnt my day!

D- Apple.

*2.5litre water

Been called into work early so i'm off after my tea so will take a piece of fruit with me aswell as the bar.

Oh no sore toes! I may try running tomorrow once i have dropped my littleun at nursery. I didn't admit this the other day but I did try a run on monday but I hadnt dressed for it. I had my trainers on but also coat, jeans, trainers, bag plus bag of lt veg soups. Lol I felt like a 20 stone twit with my bag banging on my leg so managed about 100metres. Depending on the weather and depending on my cold I MAY try again tommorrow!

My toe is in absolute agony tonight I'm having to keep my shoes off as it's too much pressure on it. So I think I have decided to give my feet a break this week. I know I'm guna feel sooooo guilty and not be happy with it but I really don't wana lose another toe nail :(

Also decided I'm guna take some money out of my savings and go and get some decent running trainers on Thursday. Can't go on more with these.

What a day today is! Moan moan moan!!!! :(

Oh also, not having my meal bar this evening I'm not hungry as I only had dinner 4 hours ago and so I'd just be eating the bar for the sake of it!
 
I think that's a good plan to rest your toes for a few days Tanya, like you said you don't want to be causing anymore problems. Strange how we feel guilty when we don't do the regular exercise, shows you're really into your running now though.

Hope your meet with Jan goes well, I know how keen you two have been to meet up. Take plenty of pics, I want to see them!

Hope you have a better day today, sounds like yesterday was bit of a bugger!

As expected I am feeling really guilty about not running :( (what is that about?!!!!:confused: lol) but i know i've got to rest this toe. Hopefully the new trainers will sort me out - as much as it pains me to dip into my savings :mad: lol

So as i'm not running this week i will give the high carby stuff a miss untill i'm back to running. So there's a little change to my menus for this week - just taking out pots and porridge mainly.

Last night in work tonight (so :fingerscrossed: i dont slip into picky 'comfortable mode') as I have tomorrow off to enable me to get into day mode for my 1st training weekend starting friday! I am sooooooooooooooooo EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :p

Wednesday 20th October

B- 3egg omelette (was meant to be 2egg 1 egg white but the yolk broke as i was seperating it) with ham. Squirt of hp sauce.

*5squares dark galaxy
*2 quality streets
:doh:

L- baked chicken breast, roasted courgette with a little goats cheese over the top & brussel sprouts. lf yog.

*Apple

D- meal replacement shake

*1/2 toasted tea cake with icbinb light after work

*1.5litre water so far
*200ml pure orange juice

Tan ... I've typed this already but I'm buggered if I know what happened to it!!!!!

We will DEFFO be in Exeter on the Sunday night (- 5th?) If you can't do this we will get off and travel up North but I'm REALLY hoping you can!!!!!xxxx

Yes in that case i reckon i want the training day to be on the saturday then i can come to exeter by train on the sunday and have a few drinkies too! :) :)

Toe is still no better but off into town in a mo to get me some new trainers.

I had 1/2 a toasted teacake last night after work with icbinb light on. For some reason i was really hungry from around 4am! :confused:

Thursday 21st October :doh:

B- toasted teacake with icbinb light. banana.

L- 3 custard creams, 99calorie toffee crisp & packet monster munch (this is what i picked at over a space of an hour so i'll class it as 'lunch' lol)

*1 bread roll with icbinb light

D- 2 grilled pork loins, green beans & 4 curly fries off the bfs plate.

*mouthfull of rolo yogurt
*3 toffees
*4 squares dark galaxy
*some cadbury choco beanie i brang home sunday

*500ml water so far

Can't believe your training's come around so quick, hope you have a great time on it.

How are the new trainers then? Bet they make a real difference to your poor toes!
 
The new trainers :faint2: ...... spent £75 on them! I went for a full size bigger, so a size 7. I spoke to the guy in the shop he said they feel fine toe wise, not too much room and told me to go with whatever felt comfier. I tried 2 pairs on both in 6.5's and 7s .... the dearer ones felt like i had much more support around the whole of my foot so i opted for them.

Tuesday will tell how they are with my toe. I asked the bloke about that too - he said it might be that when i run my toes arch upwards - but lets hope having more room solves this problem as i wont be trying not to hit the front of the trainer to stop it hurting ... iykwim!

Here they are not the prettiest but looks isnt what i'm after i guess! Although i could've got 2 new pairs of heels for the same price :rolleyes: hahahahaha

Oh Jan wish I had seen that 5mins ago - ive just munched some cadbury chocolate i brang home sunday! :doh:

Trainers look great Tanya. It's good that you got some advice on buying them too, anything to try and stop that toe problem!

Hope you enjoy your training tomorrow. When you started LT there was no way you would have got this far, it really is amazing how far you've come since then. It's like a different life for you. Congratulations on that, you've done fantastic!

Not too sure how I feel - excited more than anything but a little aprehensive as its introduction weekend. All the other weekends are straight forward, i know whats guna happen etc. I bet the weekend will be full of admin and lots of getting to know one another.

I'm off the alcohol though so even if they venture to the pub, which is highly likely then i'll be sticking to soft drinks. I did it whilst on LT so I can do it again!!! :D

Food today - will document what I can but tonight is a buffet and i wont be near a pooter all weekend so will 'see' you all now sunday evening/monday :)

Couple lbs up this morning - jumped on for a sneaky weigh in. Will try to be very careful over the weekend. I'm even taking some meal replacement shakes with me.

Friday 22nd October

B- 1.5 bagels. 1 with icbinb light & 1/2 with peanut butter.

*packet doritos
*curly wurly

L- 2 salmon fish cakes with some salad.

*250ml pure orange

I bet you're excited but I can see why you are a little apprehensive but don't go worrying about it. You've so wanted to do this I bet you have a great time. Don't work too hard now Tanya, it is the weekend afterall!
